The purpose of this project is ıo investigate and highlight the multifaceted benefits of intemships iJi: enhancing students' professional development and career readiness. By exaınining the syınbiotic relationship between students and organizations through internship programs, this study aims to identify and elucidate the valuable experiences, skills, and opportunities that intemships offer to studenıs as they eınbark on tlıeir career paths. Through a comprehensive analysis of the iınpact of internships on students' career trajectories, ıhis projeci seeks ıo provide insights that can inforın and enhance internship prograıns for the ınutual benefit of students and organizations alike.
