İslam Hukuku ekonomisinde doğal kaynakların korunması ve gelişimi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışma, islam hukukunda uygulamalı ekonominin dalı haline gelen kaynak ekonomisini tanımlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma kaynaklarını ele alan islami kurama Kur-an ve saf sünnetler vasıtasıyla incelemeye ve aktarmaya vurgu yapacaktır. Araştırma aynı zamanda islam hukuku kaynaklarını bu doktrinlerin kuramsal metinlerden gerçek uygulanabilir kurallara, sorunlara, ve şubelere nasıl yön değiştirdiğini inceleyecek ve nihayetinde bunun islam kültüründeki insanların yaşam koşullarına nasıl yansıdığına ışık tutacaktır. Bu çalışma kaynakların iki önemli yönüne değinmektedir:Bunlar, kaynak koruması ve geliştirmesidir.Kaynak koruması, Kaynakları muhafaza etmeye ve onları herhangi bir bozulmaya ve zarar karşı korurken; kaynak geliştirme ise yükseltme, geliştirme, ve faydalanmayı şu sonucu elde etmek için ele alır: Dengeli tüketim ve israftan kaçınma kaynakların en iyi şekilde kullanılmasıdır. Araştırma islami kuramlara teorik açıklamalar sağlayan tanıtım bölümüyle başlar, daha sonraki bölümler hayvan, bitki, toprakaltı ve su kaynaklarına değinir ve araştırma yöntemleri ve bulgularla sonuçlanır. Bu çalışmada analitik metodun yanısıra tümdengelim ve tümevarım yöntemleri kullanılmıştır.

This study "Resourses Economics In Islamic Jurisprudence: Protection And Development" aims to identify Resource Economics - which has become a branch of Applied Economics - from the Islamic Jurisprudence perspective. The study will highlight the Islamic theory in dealing with resources through looking into and quoting the texts of the Holy Quran and the Immaculate Sunna. It will also look into the literature of Islamic Jurisprudence to find out how these teachings have shifted from mere theoretical texts to real practical rules, issues and branches; and will finally shed light on the reflection of this on people's living conditions in Islamic culture. The study addresses two significant aspects of resources: resource protection and resource development. While the resource protection focuses on preserving resources and protecting them against any corruption or harm, the resource development deals with raising, developing, and improving utilization of resources – thus achieving two main determinants in dealing with resources in Resource Economics, to achieve this result: The best use of resources that achieves balanced consumption and avoids any waste. The study starts with an introductory chapter that provides a theoretical explanation of the Islamic theory. The following chapters address animal resources, plant resources, subsoil resources, and water resources; concluding with the study recommendations and findings. The study adopts both the deductive and inductive approaches, as well as the analytical method.
