Dissosiyatif belirtiler, bağlanma stilleri ve çocukluk çağı olumsuz yaşantılarının alkol kullanım bozukluğu ile ilişkisi

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı alkol kullanım bozukluğu ile dissosiyatif yaşantılar, bağlanma stilleri ve çocukluk çağı olumsuz yaşantıları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Bu araştırmada Nicel Araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini yatarak veya ayaktan tedavi gören alkol kullanım bozukluğu tanısı alan kişiler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise Bakırköy Prof. Dr. Mazhar Osman Ruh Sağlığı ve Sinir Hastalıkları Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Amatem Kliniğinde tedavi gören alkol kullanım bozukluğu tanısı alan kişiler oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Çocukluk Çağı Olumsuz Yaşantılar Ölçeği, Dissosiyatif Yaşantılar Ölçeği, Michigan Alkol Tarama Testi, Belirti Tarama Listesi (SCL-90) ve Yakın İlişkilerde Yaşantılar Envanteri – II kullanılmıştır. Bulgular, Psikolojik belirtiler ile dissosiyatif yaşantılar, kaygılı bağlanma ve alkolle ilişkili sorunlar arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişki olduğu; ayrıca çocukluk çağı olumsuz yaşantıları ile dissosiyatif yaşantılar arasında anlamlı ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre, dissosiyatif belirtilerin alkolle ilişkili sorunları yordadığı görülmüştür. Dissosiyatif yaşantıların, alkolle ilişkili sorunlara ait varyansın % 8'ini açıklamaktadır. Ayrıca, psikolojik belirtiler alkolle ilişkili sorunların anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olup alkolle ilişkili sorunlara ait varyansın % 14'ünü açıklamaktadır. Bulgular, literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır.

The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between alcohol use disorder and dissociative experiences, attachment styles and childhood traumas. In this study, the relational survey method, one of the quantitative research methods, was used. The population of the research consists of people diagnosed with alcohol use disorder who are receiving inpatient or outpatient treatment. The sample of the study consists of people diagnosed with alcohol use disorder who are receiving inpatient or outpatient treatment in Bakırköy Prof. Dr. Mazhar Osman Mental Health and Neurological Diseases Training and Research Hospital Amatem Clinic. Personal Information Form, Childhood Adverse Experiences Scale, Dissociative Experiences Scale, Michigan Alcohol Screening Test, SCL-90 Symptom Screening Test and Experiences in Close Relationship Questionnaire – II were used to collect data. The results showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between the SCL-90 Symptom Screening Test and dissociative experiences, anxious attachment and Michigan Alcohol Screening Test; In addition, it has been determined that there is a significant relationship between childhood negative experiences and dissociative experiences. According to the results of the regression analysis, it was seen that dissociative symptoms predicted alcoholism. Dissociative experiences explain 8% of the variance of alcoholism. In addition, SCL-90 Symptom Screening Test is also a significant predictor of alcoholism, and SCL-90 Symptom Screening Test explains 14% of the variance of alcoholism. The findings were discussed in the light of the literature.
