Ceditçilik Hareketi ve Türkistan’da yayılmasında Mahmut Hoca Bebudi’nin rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, XX. yüzyılın başlarında Türkistan’a yayılan Ceditçilik hareketini incelemek ve bu hareketin Türkistan’da gelişmesinde Mahmud Hoca Behbudı’nın rolünü ortaya koymaktır. Ceditçilik, Türkistan’da XIX. yüzyılın sonralarında ortaya çıkan, XX yüzyılın başlarında iyice şekillenen ve kısa zamanda önemli bir etki meydana getiren, sosyal hayatın bütün cephelerini kapsayan milli bir gelişim hareketi olarak kendini göstermiştir. Ceditçilik hareketi, Türkistan’ın sosyal-politik ve kültürel hayatında daha önce benzeri görülmemiş bir değişimin yaşanmasına sebep olmuştur. Ceditçiliğin temel amaçları ve idealleri: Türkistan’ı Orta Çağ düşüncelerinden biri olan feodal sadakatten, Eski Çağ’dan kalma batıl inançlardan temizlemek, ülkenin ve insanların modern çağa uyumunu sağlamak, ulusal meclis ve milletvekillerinden oluşan bir devlet kurmak, ulusal para biriminin kabulünü sağlamak, devleti yönetenlerin toplumun özgürleşmesi ve zenginleşmesi için politikalar oluşturulmasını sağlamak amacıyla yapılan yeniliklerin genel adıdır. Rusya, Müslüman halkları lideri İsmail Gaspıralı’nın etkisi altında meydana gelmiş bu hareketin ülkede şekillenip yayılmasında Türkistanlı aydın, müftü Mahmut Hoca Behbudi esas rolü oynamıştır.

The main aims and ideals of Ceditism: to cleanse Turkestan from the feudal loyalty, which is one of the medieval ideas, from the superstitious beliefs from the ancient times, to ensure the harmony of the country and the people to the modern age, to establish a state composed of national assemblies and deputies, to ensure the acceptance of the national currency. is the general name of innovations made in order to ensure that state governors form policies for the liberation and prosperity of society. The Turkestan intellectual and mufti Mahmut Hodja Behbudi played the main role in shaping and spreading this movement, which was formed under the influence of Russian Muslim peoples leader Ismail Gaspirali.
