السُّنن الرَّبَّانية وآثارها على الاقتصاد الإسلامي

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Allah'ın Sünneti ilminin İslam ekonomisi üzerindeki etkisini göstermeyi amaçlamaktadır. Sünnet ilmi, Allah Teâlâ'nın bu varoluş için koyduğu kanunlar dizisini inceleyen şer'i ilimlerden biridir. Her eylemin, Allah tarafından vahyedilen kesin ve değişmez sonuçları vardır. Ekonomi ise deneme yanılmaya, düşünceye ve yaratıcılığa dayanan teorik, rasyonel ve deneysel bir bilim olarak tanımlanan sosyal bilimlerden biridir ve yasaları zamana, mekâna, ilerlemeye ve ekonomik işlemlerin karmaşıklığına göre değiştiği için sabit değildir. İslam ekonomisi, Allah'ın Sünneti'ni içermesi bakımından diğer ekonomik sistemler arasında benzersizdir. Bu çalışma, bu bilimin türetilmesi için ikna edici kanıtlar ve ilkeler sunarak bu bilimin temellerini oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca, Allah'ın Sünneti ile deneysel bilimi birleştirmenin karar verme, stratejik planlama ve ekonomik geleceği öngörme üzerindeki olumlu etkisini göstermektedir. Çalışma, İslam ekonomisini etkileyen Sünnet'i, ekonomi alanı da dâhil olmak üzere hayatın her alanını etkileyen genel Sünnet ve ekonomi alanına özgü Sünnet olarak ikiye ayırmaktadır. Çalışma, her bir Sünnet türünün örneklerini ele almış, bu Sünnetlerin her birinin çıkarımına yönelik metodolojiyi açıklığa kavuşturmuş, bunların türetilmesine yönelik kontrolleri netleştirmiş ve bunların İslam ekonomisi ile ilişkisini ve bunun sonuçlarını göstermiştir. Çalışmada, ekonomide Allah'ın Sünneti'ni çıkarmak, bunları bölmek ve İslam ekonomisine etkilerini açıklamak için tümevarım ve ardından tümdengelim yaklaşımı kullanılmıştır. Çalışma, Allah'ın Sünneti'nin İslam ekonomisinde ekonomik kararların alınmasında kullanılması gereken etkili ve kesin bir araç olduğu sonucuna varmaktadır, çünkü sonuçları inkar edilemez bir şekilde etkilemektedir.

The study aims to demonstrate the impact of the science of the Sunan of Allah on Islamic economics. It is one of the shariah sciences that studies the set of laws that Allah SWT has enacted for this existence. Based on every action, there are consequences that are certain and immutable, that were revealed by Allah SWT. As for economics, it is one of the social sciences that is described as a theoretical, rational, and experimental science that relies on trial and error, thought, and creativity, and its laws are not fixed as they change with time, place, progress, and the complexity of economic transactions. Islamic economics is unique among other economic systems in that it contains the Sunan of Allah. This study seeks to establish the foundations of this science by presenting compelling evidence and principles for its derivation. Moreover, it demonstrates the positive impact of combining the Sunan of Allah and experimental science on decision-making, strategic planning, and envisioning the economic future. The study divides the Sunan affecting Islamic economics into general Sunan affecting areas of life including the economic field, and Sunan specific to the economic field. The study dealt with examples of each type, clarifying the methodology for inferring each of these Sunan, clarifying the controls for their derivation, and showing their relationship to Islamic economics and the implications of it. The study used the inductive approach and then the deductive approach to extract the Sunan of Allah in economics, divide them, and explain their implications for the Islamic economy. The study concludes that the Sunan of Allah are considered an effective and certain tool that must be used in making economic decisions within the Islamic economy, as they undeniably influence the results.
