Mesleki ve teknik anadolu lisesinde çalışan öğretmenlerin eğitimde teknoloji kullanım tutumları ve bireysel yenilikçilik düzeylerinin incelenmesi (Küçükçekmece örneği)

Abstract

Günümüzde teknoloji alanında yaşanan gelişmeler bir çok sektörde olduğu gibi eğitim sektöründe de değişimlere neden olmuştur. Teknoloji şüphesiz doğru kullanıldığında insan hayatını kolaylaştırmaktadır. Eğitimde teknolojinin kullanılmasının pek çok faydası vardır. Teknolojik araç gereçlerle ders anlatımları güçlendirilebilmektedir. Öte yandan teknolojinin eğitimde kullanılması öğrenciler açısından dersleri daha çekici hale getirmektedir. Aynı zamanda anlatımın teknolojik araç gereçlerle desteklenmesi öğrenmeyi kolaylaştırmakta ve akılda kalıcılığı artırmaktadır. Bu sebeple eğitimde teknoloji kullanımı ve öğretmenlerin teknoloji kullanımına ilişkin tutumları önem arz etmektedir. Bu açıdan değerlendirildiğinde araştırma konusunun literatüre katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu araştırmada İstanbul şehri Küçükçekmece ilçesinde Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Liselerinde görev yapmakta olan öğretmenlerin eğitimde teknoloji kullanım tutumları ve bireysel yenilikçilik düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Çalışma 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılı İstanbul şehri Küçükçekmece ilçesi Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi’nde görev yapan 350 öğretmenin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bireysel Yenilikçilik Ölçeği ve Eğitimde Teknoloji Kullanımına Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği kullanılarak yapılan çalışmanın amacı, meslek liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin eğitimde teknoloji kullanım tutumları ve bireysel yenilikçilik düzeylerinin belirlenmesidir.

Today, the developments in the field of technology have caused changes in the education sector as in many other sectors. Technology is undoubtedly facilitates human life when used correctly. The use of technology in education has many benefits. Lectures can be strengthened with technological tools. On the other hand, the use of technology in education makes the lessons more attractive for the students. At the same time, supporting the expression with technological tools facilitates learning and increases the retention. Therefore, the use of technology in education and teachers' attitudes towards the use of technology are important. In this respect, it is thought that the research subject will contribute to the literature. In this research, technology usage attitudes and individual innovation levels of teachers working in Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools in Küçükçekmece district of Istanbul were examined. The study was carried out with the participation of 350 teachers working in Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in Küçükçekmece district of Istanbul city in the 2018-2019 academic year. The aim of the study, which is conducted by using the Individual Innovation Scale and the Attitude Scale for the Use of Technology in Education, is to determine the technology use attitudes and individual innovation levels of teachers working in vocational high schools.
