Pandemi döneminde uzaktan eğitim sürecinde özel yetenekli öğrencilere yönelik yapılan çalışmaların incelenmesi

Abstract

Pandemi döneminde gerçekleştirilen uzaktan eğitim sürecinde özel yetenekli öğrencilere yönelik yapılmış olan çalışmaların incelenmesinin amaçlandığı araştırmada, amaca uygunluk doğrultusunda nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmalara YÖK-TEZ, Web of Science, ProQuest ve DergiPark veri tabanlarından erişim sağlanmıştır. 2020-2022 yılları arasında konu ile ilgili yapılan ve araştırmaya dahil edilme kriterini karşılayan 20 makale ve 5 tez, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen "Çalışma İnceleme Formu" kullanılarak doküman analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Verilerin analizinde araştırmanın problemleri doğrultusunda betimsel analiz ve içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Temalar, kategoriler ve kodlar bağlamında çözümlemeler yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler ile Excel kullanılarak frekans ve yüzde değerleri tablolarda ayrıntılı biçimde gösterilerek bulguları oluşturmuştur. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar, araştırmanın problemleri doğrultusunda alt başlıklara ayrılarak gösterilmiştir. İncelenen çalışmalarda oluşturulan kodlar bağlamında, konu dağılımına göre en çok "Psikolojik destek ve rehberlik" kategorisinin ön plana çıktığı dikkat çekmiştir. SWOT analizi yapıldığında en çok çalışmanın "Zayıf Yönler" kategorisinde yer aldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öneriler bağlamında inceleme yapıldığında ise en çok kodun "Araştırmacılara Yönelik Öneriler" kategorisi altında ele alındığı görülmüştür. Araştırmanın bulguları çerçevesinde, özel yetenekli öğrencilerin sürece ilişkin yaşamış oldukları sorunlar, sürecin güçlü yönleri ile aile, öğretmen ve alan uzmanlarına düşen görevler bağlamında çeşitli öneriler oluşturulmuştur.

In the research, which aimed to examine the studies conducted for gifted students during the distance education process carried out during the pandemic period, the qualitative research method was used in line with the purpose. Studies were accessed from YÖK-TEZ, Web of Science, ProQuest, and DergiPark databases. Twenty articles and five theses, prepared between 2020-2022 and met the criteria for inclusion in the research, were subjected to document analysis using the "Study Review Form" developed by the researcher. Descriptive and content analysis were used in the data analysis, in line with the research problems. Analyses were made in the context of themes, categories, and codes. With the analyses made, the frequency and percentage values were shown in detail in Excel tables, and the findings were created. The results obtained from the research are shown by dividing them into sub- headings in the context of the research problems. In the context of the codes created in the studies examined, " the psychological support and guidance" category were foremost regarding the subject distribution. When the SWOT analysis was made, it was concluded that most studies were in the "Weaknesses" category. For the context of recommendations, there were many codes in the "Suggestions for Researchers" category. Within the framework of the findings of the research, various suggestions were made in the context of the problems experienced by the gifted students regarding the process, the strengths of the process and the duties of the family, teachers and field experts.
