İslamcı yazın içerisinde Kürt sorununa yaklaşım: İktibas dergisi örneği

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın konusu, Güneydoğu meselesi, Kürt sorunu vb. adlandırmalarla ifade edilen bir konunun İslamcı yazın içerisinde nasıl tartışıldığını ve ne şekilde ele alındığını İktibas dergisi örneğinden hareketle araştırmaktadır. Cumhuriyet tarihi ile yaşıt olan Kürt sorunu bilindiği üzere iki hakim görüş çerçevesinde hafızalarda yer edinmektedir. Bunlardan birincisi, devletçi-mukaddesatçı anlayış, ikincisi ise, Marksist-sol anlayıştır. Bu anlayışlar çerçevesinde gelişen Kürt sorunu birçok literatür ve söyleme sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın ana konusu İslamcı yazın içerisinde Kürt sorununun "hangi saiklerle yer aldığı ve nasıl dile getirildiği?" Sorularıdır. Çalışmamız, bu sorulara 1981'den günümüze kadar yayın hayatına devam eden İslamcı literatür içinde önemli bir yeri olan İktibas Dergisi üzerinden cevap aramaya çalışmaktadır. Araştırma dergide yer alan yazıların yanı sıra yazarlarıyla yapılan mülakatlar üzerine bina edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre Kürt sorunu İslamcı bir dergi olan İktibas'ta yayın tarihi dikkate alındığında geç sayılabilecek bir zamanda yer almaya başlamasıdır. Ayrıca İktibas'ın Kürt sorununa fazla odaklanmadığı ve bu konuyla ilgili herhangi bir çözüm önerisi üretemediği araştırmanın bulguları arasında yer almaktadır. İktibas Dergisi evrensel değerleri olan İslamcı bir söyleme ve duruşa sahip olmasına rağmen Cumhuriyet'in milliyetçi ideolojisinin ürünü olan Kürt sorununa ilişkin herhangi bir şey söylememesi araştırmanın temel bulgusunu oluşturmaktadır.

The subject of this research is to examine how the issue, which is expressed as the southeastern issue or the Kurdish question, is discussed in the Islamist literature and how it is handled from the example of Iktibas journal. As it is known, the Kurdish question, which is teh same with the history of the Republic of Turkey, is in the memories within the framework of two dominant views. The first is the statist-holist approach and the second is the Marxist-left understanding. The Kurdish problem developed within the framework of these approaches has many literatures and discourses. The main subject of study is the questions "for what reasons the Kurdish question is included in the Islamist literature and how it is expressed there?" Our study tries to find answers to these questions through the periodical of the Journal of Iktibas, which has been published since 1981 and has an important place in the Islamic literature. The research was based on interviews with the authors of the journal as well as the articles in the journal. According to the findings of the research, the Kurdish question began to take place in the Iktibas journal, Islamist magazine, in the period of publication, which can be accepted late, considering the publication history. In addition, it is among the findings of the research that the journal in question did not focus much on the Kurdish question and could not produce any solution suggestions on this issue. The main finding of the study is that although the Iktibas journal has an Islamist discourse and stance with universal values, it does not say anything about the Kurdish question which is the product of the Repuplican nationalist ideology.
