Aliya İzzetbegoviç düşüncesinde ahlak-siyaset ilişkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı; Bosnalı devlet adamı ve bağımsız Bosna Hersek'in ilk Cumhurbaşkanı olan Aliya İzzetbegoviç'in ahlak-siyaset ilişkisine bakışını ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada, ahlak-siyaset ilişkisi Realizm-İdealizm tartışması bağlamında ele alınmış ve İzzetbegoviç'in ahlak ve siyaset anlayışı tahlil edilerek bahsi geçen tartışmadaki konumu belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada, İzzetbegoviç'in realist yaklaşımı mevcut durumu tüm gerçekliği ile kavrama noktasında, idealist yaklaşımı ise bu gerçekliği ideal olana taşıma noktasında benimsediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, ahlak ile siyasetin uzlaşamadığı yerlerde İzzetbegoviç'in siyasetin ahlakın buyruğuna uymasını ve son sözü ahlakın söylemesini talep ettiği ve bu anlamda ahlakı, siyaset anlayışının merkezine yerleştirdiği de çalışmanın ulaştığı sonuçlardandır. Tez, ahlak-siyaset ilişkisine dair Realizm-İdealizm bağlamında yapılan tartışmaları, Aliya İzzetbegoviç'in Üçüncü Yol Teorisi ve İslam Rönesans'ı söylemi ile ilişkilendiriyor olması bakımından ahlak-siyaset ilişkisi tartışmalarına katkıda bulunmaktadır.

This study aims to spell out the view of Alija Izetbegovic, the Bosnian statesman and the first president of independent Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the relationship between ethics and politics. The study tackles the relationship between ethics and politics in the context of the Realism-Idealism debate, and it aims to determine Izetbegovic's position about political ethics in this debate. The research concludes that Izetbegovic agrees with the realist approach with respect to grasping the current situation with all its reality. And he adopts the idealist approach as this approach enables one to transform this reality for the sake of the ideal. In addition, it is one of the results of the study that Izetbegovic demands that politics obey the command of ethics and that ethics has the last word in places where ethics and politics cannot reconcile. And in this sense, Izetbegovic places ethics at the center of his understanding of politics. The thesis contributes to the discussions on the relationship between ethics and politics by relating the discussions on the ethics-politics relationship in the context of Realism-Idealism with Alija Izetbegovic's Third Way Theory and discourse of the Islamic Renaissance.
