İlk dönemden günümüze meşhur tefsir kaynaklarında tertîl kavramı

Abstract

Kur'ân-ı Kerim'in okunma şeklini Allah-u Teâla bizzat kendisi ifade buyurmuştur. İlâhî kelâmın kendine has bir kıraât çizgisinin olduğu ve onun bu minval üzere okunması gerektiği yönündeki açıklamalar bu çizginin 'tertîl' olduğunu sarâhaten ifade etmektedir. Tabiatıyla tertîl, Kur'ân'ın okunuş keyfiyetiyle ilgili önemli bir kavramdır. Tezimizin konusunu teşkil etmekte olan bu kavramın açıklamasına yönelik getirilen yorumlardan bazıları: Teressül; bir metni gereği üzere, acele etmeden ağır ağır okumak, tesebbüt; sağlamlaştırmak, pekiştirmek, tebyîn; açıklamak, beyân etmek, tefsîr etmek; açıklamak, ortaya çıkarmak vb. şeklindedir. Çalışmamız iki bölümden oluşmuştur, ilk bölümünde, kavramın Arap dilindeki gelişim süreci, kullanımları ve Kur'ân'la birlikte kazanmış olduğu anlamlar, bunun yanısıra kavramla anlam ilişkisi bulunan diğer terimler ve aralarındaki farklılıklar üzerinde durulmaya çalışılmıştır. Devamında ise ilk dönemin en eski tefsîr kaynaklarından başlayarak, sırasıyla günümüze kadar gelen, içerisinde; dirâyet, rivâyet ve işârî olmak üzere farklı metodlarla yazılan tefsir eserlerinin yeraldığı, tertîl kavramının derinlemesine araştırıldığı ikinci bölüm bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca konumuza ışık tutması mahiyetinde hadis kaynaklarından da yararlanarak tertîl ile ilgili hadis rivâyetlerine yer verilmiştir. Tezimizin sonuç bölümünde ise ortaya koyulan anlamlar bir araya getirilip, kavramı en doğru şekilde anlamaya yönelik olarak, bütüncül bir yaklaşımla neticeye varılmıştır.

Allah almighty himself expresses the way of reading in holy Quran. The divine utterance has a specific gıra'at (reading) line, the explanations about the necessity of reading Quran in this way, express clearly that this line is "tarteel"(chanting). Tarteel (chanting) with it's nature is an important concept about reading state of Quran. Some of the comments made for the explanation of this concept which constitutes the subject of our thesis are as follows: Teressül (reading slowly); to read a text slowly without haste as reguıred, tesebbüt (consolidation); to cunsolidate, strengthen, tebyın (declaratıon); to explain, declare tafseer (interpretation); to explain, real etc. Our study consists of two parts. In the first part the development process of the concept in Arabıc language, it's uses and the meanings it gained with the Quran as well as other terms that have a meaning relatıonshıp with the concept such as qıra'at (reading), tılawat (reciting), ümniyye and dirase and the differences between them were tried to be emphasized subsequently, starting from the oldest tafseer resources of the first period to present, respectively there is a second section including the tafseer works written by different methods namely resistance, narration and poetry in which the tarteel concept is researched in depth. In addition by using te hadith sources to shed light on our subject, hadith narrations about the tarteel (chanting) were included. In the conclusion part of our thesis the revealed meanings are put together. It is concluded whit a holistic approach in order to understand the concept in the most accurate way.
