Abstract

Bu araştırma, İstanbul Sabahattin Zaim Üniversitesi İslam İlimleri Bölümü'nde yüksek lisans derecesi almak için sunulan bilimsel bir tezdir. İmam Nevevî'nin "el-Erbaîn en-Neveviyye" adlı eserinin şerhini içeren bu araştırma, üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde giriş, araştırma konusu, araştırmanın önemi, konunun seçilme nedeni, araştırmanın amaçları, önceki çalışmalar ve araştırmanın problemi ve kapsamı, içeriği ve metodolojisi, prosedürleri ve araştırma planı gibi konular yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde, müellifin adı, soyadı, soyu, doğumu, yetişmesi ve vefatı gibi kişisel hayatı ile ilim arayışı, eserleri, şeyhleri, ilmi mertebesi, talebeleri ve telifleri gibi ilmi hayatı hakkındaki konular incelenmiştir. Aynı zamanda bu bölüm, söz konusu eserin incelenmesini de içermekte olup kitabın adı, telif nedeni, telif tarihi, yazara aitliği, kitabın konusu, müellifin izlediği yöntem ve yararlandığı kaynaklar gibi konular irdelenmiştir. Ayrıca eserin el yazma nüshaları da araştırılmıştır. Bu kapsamda el yazması nüshaların tanıtılması, söz konusu nüshalardan örnekler verilmesi ve bunların tahkikiyle ilgili neler yapıldığı gibi konuların araştırılması da çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölüm tahkik kısmıdır, tahkik edilen metnine ayrılmıştır. Eserin müellifin bıraktığı nüshasını en güzel ve en doğru bir biçimde ortaya çıkarmak için çalıştığı bölümdür.

This research is a scientific thesis submitted to obtain a master's degree in the Department of Islamic Studies at Istanbul Sabah al-Din Zaim University. This research, which includes an explanation of "al-Arbaeen al-Nawawi" by Imam al-Nawawi, is divided into three chapters: The first chapter includes the importance of the research, the reason for choosing the topic, the objectives of the research, the previous study and the research problem, the scope and content of the study, the research methodology, research procedures, and the research plan. The second chapter is the study section, which includes a study of the author's personal life: such as his name, surname, lineage, birth, upbringing, and death, and scientific life: such as his pursuit of knowledge, his works, his sheikhs, his academic standing, his students, and his writings. It also includes a study of the book: such as the name of the book, the reason for its writing, the date of its writing, attribution to the author, the subject of the book, the author's approach to it, and the sources and references on which he relied. It also includes the study of written copies: such as describing manuscripts, giving examples of the copies on which, the copies were relied, and explaining the work in verifying them. The third chapter is the investigation section, which is devoted to the verified text, although the original intention was to produce the text in the best and closest form left by the author. It is followed by some comments, documentation of narrations, attribution of verses, and grading of hadiths and narrations.
