Bilgi Evlerinde Görev Yapan Öğretmenlerin Maneviyatlarının Örgütsel Bağlılıklarıyla İlişkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, bilgi evlerinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin maneviyat durumlarının örgütsel bağlılıklarıyla ilişkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu İstanbul ili Esenler ilçesinde hizmet veren bilgi evlerinde görev yapan 130 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Maneviyat Ölçeği” ve “Öğretmenler İçin Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği” kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerine normallik testi, bağımsız gruplar t-testi, ikiden fazla bağımsız grup arasında tek yönlü varyans analizi (One-Way ANOVA), Scheffe testi, Pearson korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, öğretmenlerin maneviyatı ile örgütsel bağlılıkları arasında orta seviyede, pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Ayrıca maneviyatın örgütsel bağlılığın anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ulaşılan bu sonuçlara bakılarak Bilgi Evlerinde çalışan öğretmenlerin sahip olduğu manevi duyguların, onların örgüte olan bağlılıklarını daha da arttırdığını; bu durumun öğretmenlerin performanslarına pozitif yansıdığı söylenebilir.

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the spiritual status of the teachers working in the houses of knowledge with their organizational commitment. The study group of the study consists of 130 teachers working in information houses serving in Esenler district of Istanbul. The data of the study were obtained by using "Personal Information Form", "Spirituality Scale" and "Organizational Commitment Scale for Teachers". Relational screening model was used in the study. Normality test, independent groups t-test, oneway analysis of variance between more than two independent groups (One-Way ANOVA), Scheffe test, Pearson correlation and regression analyses were applied to the research data. According to the findings obtained, a moderate, positive and significant relationship was found between the spirituality and organizational commitment of the teachers. It was also concluded that spirituality is a significant predictor of organizational commitment. Looking at these results, it is seen that the spiritual feelings of the teachers working in the Information Houses further increase their commitment to the organization; it can be said that this reflects positively on the performance of teachers.
