İran tarih ders kitaplarındaki Türk tasviri

Abstract

Devletlerin bakanlıkları öncülüğünde oluşturulan ders kitapları, devlet rejiminin vatandaşların zihninde oluşturmayı amaçladığı imgelerle ilgili bilgi verir niteliktedir. Dolayısıyla ülkenin tarihi, kültürü, siyaseti hatta dini anlayışı ile ilgili birçok ipucu sunar. Türkiye ile köklü bir tarihi ilişkisi olan İran bu açıdan kendi ders kitaplarında birçok veri barındırmaktadır. Tarih boyunca Türklerle yaşanılan etkileşime dair bu kitaplarda yer alan anlatılar ışığında öğrenciye bir Türk tasavvuru sağlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı İran'ın eğitim bakanlığı "Vezâret-i Âmuzeş o Pervereş" tarafından yayımlanan tarih ders kitaplarında yer alan Türk tasavvurunun tespit edilmesidir. Araştırmada kullanılan doküman 8,9,10,11 ve 12. sınıflara ait yedi farklı kitaptır. Doküman, İran'ın resmi neşir sayfası olan "chap.sch.ir"den elde edilmiş bandrollü kitaplardır. Araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Yapılan araştırma neticesinde kitaplarda Türklere ilişkin bütünüyle müspet yahut bütünüyle menfi bir yaklaşım görülmemiştir. İran'daki Türk yönetimleri dönemine dair şehirleşmenin, bilimin, Fars dili ve edebiyatının gelişmesi gibi noktalarda övgü dolu yaklaşımlar varken mezhepsel açıdan Türk yönetimleri çoğu kez eleştirilmiştir. Yapılan incelemeler sonucunda ortaya koyulan imgenin mezhepsel ideoloji mihverinde şekillendiği görülmüştür. Fakat öğrencilerin, tarihsel süreçte Osmanlı-İran arasında yaşanan çatışmalar gibi savaşların yıkıcılığı hususunda bilinçlendirilmeye çalışıldığı gözlemlenmiştir.

Textbooks created under the leadership of state ministries provide information about the images that the state regime aims to create in the minds of citizens. Therefore, it offers many clues about the country's history, culture, politics and even religious understanding. Iran, which has a deep-rooted historical relationship with Türkiye, contains a lot of data in its textbooks in this respect. The student is provided with an image of the Turks in the light of the narratives in these books about the interaction with the Turks throughout history. The aim of this study is to determine the Turkish imagination in the history books published by Iran's ministry of education "Vezâret-i Âmuzeş o Pervereş". The documents used in the research are seven different books belonging to 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades. The documents are stamped books obtained from "chap.sch.ir", the official publication page of Iran. The research was conducted using the document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods. As a result of the research, no completely positive or completely negative approach towards Turks was seen in the books. While there were praiseworthy approaches to the period of Turkish administrations in Iran on points such as urbanization, science, and the development of Persian language and literature, Turkish administrations were often criticized from a sectarian perspective. As a result of the examinations, it was seen that the image was shaped around the axis of sectarian ideology. However, it has been observed that efforts are made to raise students' awareness about the destructiveness of wars such as the conflicts between the Ottomans and Iran in the historical process.
