Katılım bankası müşterilerinin faizsiz ve geleneksel yatırım fonları hakkındaki algısı

Abstract

Bu araştırma, Katılım Bankalarından hizmet alan müşterilerin yatırım fonlarına yönelik algılarını incelemeyi hedeflemektedir. Araştırmanın odak noktaları arasında geleneksel ve faizsiz yatırım fonları ile Katılım Bankası müşterilerinin yatırım tercihleri bulunmaktadır. Geleneksel ve faizsiz fonlar arasındaki temel farklar ve avantajlar, literatür taramasıyla detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca, katılım bankası müşterilerinin yatırım tercihlerini etkileyen faktörler, literatür taraması çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında, 114 katılımcıya 21 soruluk bir anket uygulanmıştır. Anket, katılımcıların demografik bilgileri, katılım bankaları ile çalışma süreleri, yatırım tercihleri, risk algıları ve katılım bankasının sunmuş olduğu faizsiz yatırım araçlarına karşı tutumlarını ölçmeyi amaçlamıştır. Elde edilen veriler, katılım bankası müşterilerinin yatırım fonlarına ilişkin algılarını derinlemesine incelemek için kullanılmıştır. Bu analiz, katılım bankasının sunduğu faizsiz yatırım fonlarının müşteriler arasındaki kabul edilme düzeyini ve bu fonlara olan talebi anlamak için önemli ipuçları sunmuştur. Sonuçlar, katılım bankası müşterilerinin yatırım tercihlerini şekillendiren faktörler, yatırım süreleri, getiri beklentileri ve faizsiz yatırım araçlarının yatırımcılar üzerinde oluşturduğu algının önemini vurgulamaktadır.

This research aims to examine the perceptions of customers who receive services from Participation Banks towards investment funds. The focal points of the research include traditional and interest-free investment funds and the investment preferences of Participation Bank customers. The main differences and advantages between traditional and interest-free funds are discussed in detail through a literature review. In addition, the factors affecting the investment preferences of participation bank customers were evaluated within the framework of the literature review. Within the scope of the research, a 21-question questionnaire was applied to 114 participants. The questionnaire aimed to measure the demographic information of the participants, their working time with participation banks, investment preferences, risk perceptions and attitudes towards interest-free investment instruments offered by the participation bank. The data obtained were used to analyse in depth the perceptions of participation bank customers regarding investment funds. This analysis provided important clues to understand the level of acceptance of interest-free investment funds offered by the participation bank among customers and the demand for these funds. The results emphasise the importance of the factors shaping the investment preferences of participation bank customers, investment periods, return expectations and the perception of interest-free investment instruments on investors.
