İbn Emir el-Haj el-Hanefi'nin Zahira Vakfı tahsisi/birinci bölüm tahkik ve incelemesi

Abstract

Tez üç bölümden, sonu, içindekiler bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm konuya ilişkin başlangıçlar, giriş, bu araştırmanın önemiyle ilgili, seçilme nedeni, araştırma mekanizması. İkinci bölüm daha çok kitabın yazarı İbn Emir El-Haj El-Hanefi ile ilgili, kitabın tanıtımı. Üçüncü bölüm ise kitabın tahkiki içermektedir. Son sözde en önemli sonuçlar ve tavsiyeler yazılmıştır. İçindekiler bölümünde kaynakları, referansları, araştırma içerikleri, bayrakları, ülkeleri listelemesini yaptım. Vardığım kanata göre ve bu kitabın en titiz İslami vakfı detaylarını içermesinden genel İslam iktisadı ve özel olarak İslami vakfı okumak isteyenlere en önemli kaynaklardan biridir araştırmacı İslam iktisadı ile ilgili olan mahdutları toplanması önemle vurguluyor çünkü bu mahdutlar İslam iktisadı için bir direk olarak sayılıyor.

The thesis consists of three chapters, a conclusion, and indexes. The first chapter is an introductory one that includes the introduction, a statement of the research topic and its importance, reasons for choosing the topic, and the research procedures and structure. The second chapter includes an introduction of the author of the book, the scholar Ibn Amir al-Hajj al-Hanafi, and an introduction of the book Takhsees wakf al-Zhakheera and verifying part of it. The third chapter includes the investigation of the other part of the book. In the conclusion, I mention the most significant results and recommendations, and in the indexes, I record the sources, references, search contents, flags and countries. I have concluded that this book is one of the most important sources for those wishing to study Islamic economics in general and Islamic endowment for what it contains of detailed studies in the field of Islamic endowment.
