Davranış ve uyum problemi gösteren çocukların ebeveynlerinin değer algılarına ilişkin görüşleri

Abstract

Bu araştırmada çocuklarda görülen davranış ve uyum problemi üzerinde ebeveynlerinin değer algılarının etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma grubu amaçlı örnekleme türlerinden ölçüt örnekleme yoluyla seçilmiştir. Ölçüt olarak, katılımcının ebeveyn olması (anne ya da baba), çocuğunun 5-11 yaş aralığında ve okul öncesi eğitime ya da ilköğretime devam ediyor olması esas alınmıştır. Ayrıca bu çocuklarda alanda çalışan uzman tarafından en az bir uyum veya davranış problemi gözlenmiş olması gerekmektedir. Bu ölçütleri karşılayan 30 gönüllü ebeveyn araştırmanın çalışma grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmada nitel araştırma yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Örneklem grubundaki ebeveynlerle, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılarak yapılan görüşme sonucunda elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bulgulara göre çalışma grubundaki ebeveynler çocuklarında olumsuz uyum ve davranış problemlerinin ortaya çıkış ve seyrinde önemli bir faktördür. Analiz sonuçları değer algılarının diğer normlarda olduğu gibi ebeveynlik kurumu üzerinde de belirleyici ve yönlendirici olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Çocuklarını önemsedikleri şüphe götürmeyen ve değer kazandırmada temel sorumluk sahibi olan ebeveynlerin bu sorumluğu yerine getirebilme konusunda çeşitli hatalar, eksikler ve yetersizlikler içerisinde olduğu görülmektedir. Bunların yanında anne babaların bu süreçte ciddi derecede bilinçsiz, yalnız ve desteksiz olduğu gerçeği karşımıza çıkmaktadır.

In this study, it was aimed to examine the effect of parents' perception of the problem of behavior and adjustment seen in children.The study group was selected by sampling from the purposeful sampling types.As a criterion, it is assumed that the participant is parent (mother or father), the child is in the age of 5-11 years and pre-school education or primary education continues.In addition, at least one compliance or behavioral problem must be observed by the field worker with these children.30 volunteers who meet these criteria form the working group of the parental researchers. Qualitative research method was used in the study.The content analysis technique was used to analyze the data obtained from the interview with the parents in the sampling group using the semi-structured interview technique.According to findings, parents in the study group are an important factor in the emergence and progress of negative adjustment and behavior problems in children.The results of the analysis reveal that the perception of value is also normative and guiding on the parenting institution as well as other norms.Parents who have no doubt about their children and who have a fundamental responsibility for bringing in value seem to have various faults, deficiencies and inadequacies in fulfilling this responsibility.In addition, the fact that parents are seriously unconscious, lonely, and unsupported by this process is a reflection of the fact that.
