Katılım bankalarında faizsiz bankacılık ilke ve standartlarına uyum faaliyetleri

Abstract

İslami Bankalar, ülkemizdeki adıyla Katılım Bankaları temelde faizsiz çalışma prensibi ile ön planı çıkarlar. Bu bankalar, gerçekleştirdiği ve gerçekleştirmeyi planladığı tüm faaliyetlerde İslami prensipleri rehber alırlar. İslami prensiplere aykırı bir hususun sisteme dâhil edilmesi bu sistemi çökertecektir. Bu sebeple, İslami finans kurumları tüm faaliyetlerinde İslami prensiplere sıkı sıkıya bağlı kalmalı ve faaliyetlerini uyumlaştırmalıdır. Çalışmamızda, ülkemizdeki katılım bankacılığı alanındaki faizsiz finans ilke ve standartlarına ilişkin gelişmeler ve düzenlemeler ortaya konulmuş, bu düzenlenmelere uyumu sağlayacak olan fonksiyonların gerekliliğine ve geliştirilmesine yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuş ve bu sayede literatüre katkı sağlamak amaçlanmıştır.

Islamic Banks, as called Participation Banks in Turkey, come to the forefront by the principle of working interest-free. They take Islamic Principles as the guide for all transactions they carry out and plan to carry out. The inclusion of things that are against Islamic principles in this system will collapse the system. Thus, Islamic financial institutions should strictly adhere to Islamic principles in all transactions and harmonize their activities. In our study, the developments and regulations regarding the principles and standards of interest-free finance in the field of participation banking in our country have been present, suggestions have been made for the necessity and development of the functions that will ensure compliance with these regulations, and thus it is aimed to contribute to the literature.
