الوعي بالزكاة ودورها في التنمية المستدامة: دراسة ميدانيّة عن الأسر المنتجة في المملكة العربية السعودية

Abstract

Zakat, birçok Müslüman ülkede göz ardı edilen sürdürülebilir kalkınmayı destekleyen bir unsurdur. Fakat Zekât toplama sisteminin aktivasyonundan mutaçtır. Küçük projeler, sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedeflerine ulaşılmasına katkıda bulunan faktörlerden biri olarak kabul edilir. Bu, küresel hükümetlerin küçük projeleri desteklemesine ve ekonomiye katkılarını artırmasına neden oldu. Küçük proje sahiplerini zekât konusunda eğitmek, sürdürülebilir kalkınmanın taleplerini yerine getirme şansını artırır. Bu nedenle, bu çalışma, Suudi Arabistan Krallığı'ndaki üretken ailelerden gelen küçük proje sahiplerinin zekât ve hükümleri hakkındaki farkındalıklarını ölçmeyi amaçlamıştır. Üretken aileler için zekât fonlarının sürdürülebilir kalkınma sürecine katkısını değerlendirmenin yanı sıra, Bu çalışma, Suudi Arabistan Krallığı'nda sayıları (266) olan üretken ailelerin rastgele bir örneklemi üzerinde anketlerin yayınlandığı tanımlayıcı analitik yaklaşımı kullanmaktadır. Çalışma sonucunda üretici ailelerin zekât hükümlerinin nasıl uygulanacağı ve yöntemleri anlatılarak bilinçlendirilmesi gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Zekât üretken aileler kavramının, genel olarak projelerini geliştirmede zekâtın rolünü desteklemelerine rağmen, yalnızca teorik bir kavramla sınırlı olduğu yer. Çalışma, zekât toplama sisteminin geliştirilmesinin önemini ve zekât toplama sisteminin tüm mükellefler içerecek şekilde tam olarak etkinleştirilmesine yönelik çalışmayı tavsiye etti. Ayrıca zekâttan ödenenlerin ve borçlular gibi diğer zekatların etkinleştirilmesi çağrısında bulundu. Bu, sorunlu küçük projelerin devam etmesine yardımcı olmak içindir. Ayrıca, daha üretken aile projelerinin sürdürülebilir gelişimine katkıda bulunacaktır.Zakat is recognized as one of the accelerators of sustainable development, however it is mostly overlooked in many Islamic nations which lack a zakat collecting system. and small businesses are considered one of the factors contributing to achieving the goals of sustainable development; Which prompted international governments to support small projects and increase their contribution to the economy. Educating owners of small businesses about zakat improves their prospects of meeting the demands of sustainable development. As a result, the purpose of this study was to assess the knowledge of zakat and its provisions among owners of small businesses from productive families in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In addition to evaluating the contribution of zakat funds to the sustainable development process of productive families, using the descriptive analytical approach, questionnaires were published on a random sample of productive families in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose number reached (266) families. The study concluded that there is a need to raise the awareness of productive families by introducing them to the procedures and how to fulfill the provisions of zakat, as productive families' knowledge of zakat was limited to the theoretical concept only, despite their general support for the role of zakat in developing their projects. The study recommended the importance of developing a collection system for zakat, and to study the process of fully activating the system to include whoever is eligible for it. It also proposed the establishment of additional zakat structures, such as the debtors' bank. This is to aid in the continuation of stalled small business, which will assist in the achievement of sustainable development for more productive family projects.
