Okul öncesi yöneticilerin liderlik stilleri ile öğretmenlerin iş doyumu arasındaki ilişki

Abstract

Eğitim kurumlarında uygun liderlik anlayışı bireysel ve organizasyonel hedeflere ulaşmayı kolaylaştıran bir etkendir. Bu araştırmanın amacı okul öncesi eğitim veren kurumlarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin iş doyum düzeyleri ile kurum yöneticilerinde algıladıkları liderlik stilleri arasındaki ilişkinin ortaya konmasıdır. Araştırmaya, Adıyaman ili T.C. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı olarak çalışan tüm anaokulu öğretmenleri dâhil edilmiştir. Ölçekler, 297 adet devlet okulu, 19 özel anaokulu öğretmenine uygulanmıştır. 599 kişilik grupta 316 ölçek doldurulmuştur. Çalışma hakkında bilgi verildikten sonra ölçeğin doldurulması sağlanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre; okul öncesi eğitim kademesinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin liderlik stilleri alt boyutları arasında dönüşümcü liderlik algı düzeyi diğer boyutlardan daha yüksek olduğu ve öğretmenlerin içsel iş doyumlarının seviyesi dönüşümcü liderlik ve etkileşimci liderlik algısı ile doğru orantılı olduğu saptanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda; yöneticilerinin dönüşümcü liderlik tutumu sergilememelerinin özendirilmesi, bu konuda gerekli eğitimlerin alınmasının sağlanması önerilmektedir.

Appropriate leadership in educational institutions is an influence that makes it easier to reach individual and organizational goals. The aim of this research is to reveal the relationship between job satisfaction levels of teachers who work in pre-school education institutions and leadership styles they perceive in institution managers. All kindergarten teachers working under the Ministry of National Education in Adıyaman province were included in the investigation. The questionnaires were applied to 297 state schools and 19 special kindergarten teachers. In the 599-person group, 316 questionnaires were completed. After the information about the study was given, the questionnaire was provided. According to the findings, it was found out that the level of perception of transformational leadership is higher than that of the other dimensions in the leadership styles of the teachers working in the pre-primary education level and that the level of the internal job satisfaction of the teachers was directly related to the perception of the transformational leadership and the interactivity leadership. As a result of this study; it was suggested to encourage the managers of the schools and the individuals in the administrative staff to exhibit the transformationist leadership attitude and to take the necessary trainings in this respect.
