Hemşirelerin psikolojik sözleşme düzeyleri ve etkileyen faktörler

Abstract

Amaç: Araştırma hemşirelerin psikolojik sözleşme düzeyleri ve etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Yöntem: Araştırma, tanımlayıcı olarak, İstanbul’da 11 kamu hastanesinde, 05.09-30.12.2017 tarihleri arasında, 329 hemşire katılımıyla gerçekleştirildi. Verilerin toplanmasında Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu ve Psikolojik Sözleşme Ölçeği kullanıldı. Araştırma verilerinin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotlar, Student t Test, Oneway Anova Test ve Bonferroni test kullanıldı. Bulgular: Hemşirelerin %83,9’u kadın, %41,9’u 26-35 yaş grubunda, %60,5’i evli, %55,6’sının lisans mezunu olduğu, %38,0’i 1-5 yıl mesleki deneyime sahip, %46,5’i dahiliye servislerinde, %62,6’sı nöbet/vardiya şeklinde ve %43,8’i 40-45 saat çalıştığı görüldü. Psikolojik Sözleşme Ölçeği toplam puan ortalaması 2,46±0,48 olarak saptandı. 36 yaş ve üzeri, kadın, evli, lisansüstü mezunu, dahiliye ve cerrahi servislerinde,16 yıl ve daha uzun süre bulunduğu kurumda çalışan, sorumlu hemşire olan, gündüz ve 40-45 saat çalışan hemşirelerin toplam psikolojik sözleşme puanları yüksek ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulundu (p<0.05). Sonuç: Araştırma sonucunda; hemşirelerin psikolojik sözleşme düzeyi orta düzeyde bulundu. Hemşirelerin, yaşlarının, cinsiyetlerinin, medeni durumlarının, eğitim durumlarının kurumda çalışma süresinin, poziyonunun, deneyiminin, çalışma şeklinin, haftalık çalışma saatinin psikolojik sözleşme düzeylerini etkilediği belirlendi.

Objective: The aim of the study was to determine the levels of psychological contracts of nurses and the affecting factors. Method: As a descriptive study the research was conducted in 11 public hospitals in Istanbul between 09.05.2017 and 12.30.2017 with the participation of a total of 329 nurses. The Introductory Information Form and the Psychological Contract Scale were used to collect data. In the evaluation of the study data, Descriptive statistical methods, Student t Test, One way Anova Test and Bonferroni test were used. Results: Most (83,9%) of the nurses participated in the study were women, in the 26-35 age group (41.9%), married (60.5%), 55.6% and undergraduate (55.6%). While 38.0% of them had 1-5 years professional experience 46.5% were working in internal services, 62.6% of them in watch/ shift mode, and 43.8% of them worked for 40-45 hours per week, Psychological Contract Scale mean total score were found to be 2.46±0.48. The total psychological contract scores of nurses aged 36 years and over, female, married, undergraduate nurses, nurses who were working for 16 years and longer in departments of internal medicine and surgical branches, charge nurses, those working daytime and for 40-45 hours were found to be statistically significantly higher. Conclusion: As a result of the research; the psychological contract level of the nurses was found to be moderate. It was determined that the nurses’ age, gender, marital status, educational status, duration of institutional work, position, experience, working style, weekly working hours affect psychological contract levels.
