Adalet ve Kalkınma Işığında Türkiye'de Vakıf Yönetiminin Birimleri

Abstract

Bu çalışma, vakf yönetiminin Osmanlı İmparatorluğu döneminde vakf'ın gelişimini ve doğasını ele aldığı, adalet ve kalkınma çağına kadar Türkiye'deki parametrelerini inceler ve vakf'ı çeşitli ve farklı biçimlerde vurgulamayı amaçlamaktadır. Dış politikanın bağışçı bir ülke olarak ve savunmasız devletleri destekleyerek devletin moratoryum yaklaşımından etkilendiği ve eğitimin Türkiye'nin en önemli bırakma biçimlerinden biri olduğu ve her geçen gün gelişmeye devam ettiği için moratoryumun modern Türkiye'nin kalkınması ve ilerlemesi üzerindeki önemi vurgulandı. Bu çalışma birçok bulgu ve öneri ile ortaya çıkmıştır.

This study examines the parameters of the foundation management in Turkey until the era of justice and development, in which the foundation's management dealt with the development and nature of the foundation during the Ottoman Empire, and aims to emphasize the foundation in various and different ways. The importance of the moratorium on the development and progress of modern Turkey was emphasized, as foreign policy is influenced by the state's moratorium approach as a donor country and by supporting vulnerable states, and education is one of the most important forms of abandonment in Turkey and continues to evolve day by day. This study has emerged with many findings and recommendations.
