Mesleki tükenmişlik açısından okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, mesleki tükenmişlik açısından okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Tarama modelinin kullanıldığı bu araştırmanın örneklemini 2015-2016 bahar yarıyılında İstanbul ilinin Anadolu ve Avrupa yakasındaki devlet ve özel okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında görev yapmakta olan ve tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 139 okul öncesi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada kullanılan veri toplama araçları; Öğretmen Bilgi Formu ve Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği'dir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde SPSS 20 programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar şöyledir: Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin mesleki tükenmişlikleri iş arkadaşlarından destek görme durumuna, medeni duruma, sahip olunan çocuk sayısına, çalışılan kurum türüne göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmamaktadır. Bundan farklı olarak; okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin mesleki tükenmişlikleri algılanan stres düzeyine, üstlerinden takdir görme durumuna, mezun olunan bölüme ve gelir düzeyine göre farklılaşmaktadır.

The aim of this research is to evaluate preschool teachers in terms of professional burnout. The survey model was used in the research. The research sample consists of 139 preschool teachers working in public and private preschool education institutions in Istanbul. The research sample was selected by random sampling method. The data collection tool used in the research were Teacher Information Form, and Maslach Burnout Inventory. The results obtained from the study are as follows: The professional burnout levels of preschool teachers do not significantly vary by the state of support of their colleagues, the marital status, the number of children and the type of institution they work in. Unlike this; The professional burnout levels of preschool teachers vary by perceived stress level, appreciation of their superiors, department that are graduated and income level.
