التكامل المعرفي بين الكفايات اللغوية و الكفايات التواصلية في تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها د ا رسة وصفية تحليلية

Abstract

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على معلم الناس الخير سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين و بعد : بين يدي البحث :التكامل المعرفي بين الكفايات اللغوية و الكفايات التواصلية في تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها , و بالنظر إلى أنواع العناصر اللغوية من مفردات و ت ا ركيب و أصوات و ضرورتها لتعلم اللغة العربية و إتقان مها ا رتها المتمثلة بالمحادثة و الق ا رءة و الكتابة و الاستماع , نلاحظ أنه من أجل إتقان هذه المها ا رت المذكورة آنفاً لا بدّ من التكامل المعرفي بين الكفايات اللغوية ) النحوية و الصرفية و المعجمية و الدلالية ( و الكفايات التواصلية ) الاجتماعية و الثقافية و الخطابية و الاست ا رتيجية و التداولية ( بحيث تحتاج كل كفاية من هذه الكفايات إلى مثيلاتها من الكفايات الأخرى لإتقان المها ا رت اللغوية و توظيف اللغة في سياقها الصحيح . فبدأت بتعريف التكامل اللغوي ومفهوم الكفايات لغة واصطلاحاً , ثم أنواع الكفايات اللغوية وما تتضمنه من كفايات نحوية و صوتية و صرفية و دلالية والكفايات التواصلية و ما تتضمنه من كفايات خطابية وتداولية و اتصالية وثقافية واجتماعية و است ا رتيجية . و كيف يمكن تحقيق الحد الأدنى من التكامل المعرفي بين هذه الكفايات لمتعلم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها ليستطيع إتقان المها ا رت اللغوية ) المحادثة و الق ا رءة و الكتابة و الاستماع ( و توظيف اللغة في سياقها الصحيح , ثم خاتمة و نتائج البحث وتوصيات و مصادر و م ا رجع البحث

In the name of Allah most Merciful, most Gracious Praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and blessing and peace be upon the teacher of good people, our master Muhammad and his family and companions. And after that: Therefore in this research is the cognitive integration between the language adequacies and the communicative adequacies in teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers, and considering the types of linguistic elements of vocabularies, structures and voices to learn Arabic and proficiency in the skills of speaking, reading, writing and listening, note that for mastery these skills mentioned above, there must be cognitive integration between the language competences (grammatical, morphology, lexicological and the adequacy of semantic) and the communicative competences (social, cultural, speech, strategy and deliberation) so that each of these competences needs to have other competences to master the language skills and put the language in the proper context. I began with definition of the linguistic integration and the concept of competences language terminology, and the types of language competences, which include grammatical, sound, morphology and semantic competences. And the communicative competences, which include speech, deliberation, communicative, cultural, social and strategy competences. And how to achieve the minimum of cognitive integration between these competences for learner of the Arabic language for non-speakers to master the language skills (speaking, reading, writing and listening) and put the language in the proper context, the conclusion and the research scores, recommendations, sources and the research references.
