Okul yöneticilerinin ve sınıf öğretmenleri'nin bilgisayar destekli eğitime yönelik tutumları

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı okul yöneticileri ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin bilgisayar teknolojisini kullanmaya yönelik tutumlarını belirlemektir. Bu araştırma ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan okul idarecileri ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin, bilgisayar teknolojileri destekli eğitime karşı tutumları incelendiğinden betimsel tarama modelindedir. 2014-2015 Eğitim-öğretim yılında, İstanbul İli Esenyurt İlçesinde bulunan İlköğretim okullarında görev yapan 41 okul yönetici ve 204 sınıf öğretmenin bilgisayar destekli eğitime ilişkin tutumları incelenmiştir. Veri elde etmek için "Bilgisayar Destekli Eğitim Yapmaya Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS istatistik paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, öğretmenlerin: yaş grupları, mesleki kıdem ve çalıştıkları kuruma göre bilgisayar destekli eğitim yapmaya yönelik daha olumlu tutum içinde oldukları halde, cinsiyet, medeni halleri, öğrenim durumlarına, çalıştıkları kademeye ve kurumlardaki göreve göre gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır.

The purpose of this research is to determine the attitudes of school administrators and classroom teachers towards using computer technology. In this thesis, the attitude of classroom teachers and administers of primary schools towards computer technologies-supported education and schooling technologies-supported education is reviewed. This thesis involves an analysis of 41 administers and 204 teachers attitude towards computer technologies-supported education and schooling technologies-supported education in primary schools located Esenyurt District of Istanbul. To collect data, personal information obtained through "Delineator of Tendency to Computer Technologies-Supported Education" and "Delineator of Tendency to Schooling Technologies-Supported Education". For processing the data, "SPSS Statistics Package" is used. According to the results of the research, while teachers have more positive attitude depending on their age groups, marital status and educational background, there is no considerable difference depending on their sex, seniority, institution, or working level position in terms of statistics.
