Proje yönetim bileşenleri bağlamında teknoloji transfer ofislerinin girişimcilik ve şirketleşmeye etkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Teknoloji Transfer Ofisleri; üniversitelerdeki akademik bilginin, bilimin, know-how’ın sanayinin ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda kullanılması, üretilen bilgi ve teknolojinin uygulamaya dönüştürülerek ticarileştirilmesi, üniversite ile sanayi arasındaki mevcut işbirliklerinin geliştirilmesi ve ülke ekonomisine olumlu katkılar sağlamak üzere üniversitelerde yer alan arayüz yapılarıdır. Teknoloji Transfer Ofisleri, proje yönetim bileşenleri bağlamında girişimciler tarafından üretilen bilginin şirketleşme süreçleri ve ticarileştirilmesi konusundaki çalışmalarını Girişimcilik ve Kuluçka Birimi tarafından sürdürmektedir. Girişimcilik ve Kuluçka Birimi, girişimcilik konusunda iş fikrinin pazarlanması, iş modeli geliştirme, doğru yatırımcıyı bulma, Üniversite bünyesinde girişimcilik, ticarileşme ve şirketleşme süreçleri konusunda faaliyetler gerçekleştirmektedir. Bu çalışmada, İZÜ Girişimcilik ve Kuluçka Birimi’nin proje yönetim bileşenlerini kullanarak üniversite bünyesinde gerçekleştirdiği uygulamaların girişimcilik ve şirketleşmeye etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın önemi, Girişimcilik ve Kuluçka Birimlerinin proje yönetim bileşenlerini uygulayarak, üniversitelerde şirketleşme sürecini ne derecede başarılı bir şekilde yürüteceğinin ortaya konulmasıdır.

Technology Transfer Offices are the interface structures in universities in order to make use of the academic knowledge, science and know-how in the universities in line with the needs of the industry, to transform the produced knowledge and technology into practice, to develop the existing cooperation between the university and industry and to make positive contributions to the national economy. Technology Transfer Offices carry out studies on the incorporation processes and commercialization of information produced by entrepreneurs in the context of project management components by the Entrepreneurship and Incubation Unit. The Entrepreneurship and Incubation Unit conducts activities on the marketing of business idea, developing a business model, finding the right investor, entrepreneurship, commercialization and incorporation processes within the University. In this study, the effects of the applications realized by IZU Entrepreneurship and Incubation Unit within the university by using project management components on entrepreneurship and corporatization are examined. The importance of the study was demonstrated by applying the project management components of the Entrepreneurship and Incubation Units and the extent to which it successfully carried out the process of incorporation in universities.
