Türkiye’de Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Programı (2003) Üzerine Yapılan Lisansüstü Tezlerin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2003 yılında Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından uygulamaya koyulan “Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Programı” konulu ve YÖK Tez’de yayımlanmış olan lisansüstü tezlerin incelenmesidir. Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı Ulusal Tez Merkezi web sitesinde yayınlanmış olan konu ile alakalı tezler değerlendirilmeye alınmıştır. Konu ile ilgili yapılan tezlere ulaşabilmek için “Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Programı” ve “Sağlık Dönüşüm” tarama terimleri ile arama yapılmıştır. Bu kriterlerde çalışma için toplam 63 tez olduğu bulunmuştur. Tezlerin 16 tanesinin doktora tezi olduğu bir tanesinin tıpta uzmanlık tezi ve 46 tanesinin ise yüksek lisans tezi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma verilerine göre yayımlanan ilk tezin yayım yılı 2006 olarak bulunmuştur. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler sonucunda; 50 adet tez, Sosyal Bilimler Enstitülerine bağlı olarak, 9 adet tez, Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitülerine bağlı olarak, üç adet tezde, Eğitim Enstitülerine bağlı olarak ve bir adet tezde Tıp Fakültesi bünyesinde yayımlanmış olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to examine the postgraduate theses published in YÖK Tez on the subject of “Health Transformation Program” implemented by the Ministry of Health in 2003. The theses related to the subject published on the National Thesis Center website of the Council of Higher Education were evaluated. In order to reach the theses made on the subject, a search was made with the search terms “Health Transformation Program” and “Health Transformation”. A total of 63 theses were found for the study in these criteria. It was determined that 16 of the theses were doctoral theses, one was a medical specialty thesis and 46 were master's theses. According to the research data, the publication year of the first published thesis was found to be 2006. As a result of the data obtained in the study; it was determined that 50 theses were published in affiliation with Social Sciences Institutes, 9 theses in affiliation with Health Sciences Institutes, three theses in affiliation with Education Institutes and one theses in the Faculty of Medicine.
