Helal hayat kavramı içinde etil alkolün evrensel yeri ve önemi

Abstract

Etil alkol, sentetik ve biyoalkol hali ve türevleriyle endüstriyel ortamda oldukça önemli kullanım alanlarına ve katma değere sahip olmasına karşılık; sarhoşluk verici özelliği ile ekonomik, sağlık, sosyal yapı ve dini inanışlar bakımından olumsuz etkileri söz konusudur. Bu derlemede mevcut literatür gözden geçirilerek, etil alkolün helal yaşam konsepti içindeki evrensel boyutu tartışılmıştır. Özellikle de dini inanışlar, sağlık, sosyal ve ekonomik problemleri açısından; endüstriyel kullanım alanları, içki, içecek ve gıda maddelerinde bulunuşu, helal yaşam içindeki yeri, önemi ve kontrolü üzerinde durulmuş, bazı hususlarda faydalı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Ethyl alcohol originates hot topics of the social media of the world due to be a considerable place of use and value-added material in industry versus its ecomomic, religion, health and social problems, due to its intoxication effect. In this review the literature about alcohol have been scanned about on its chemical properties, varieties, production ways and legislative sizes, and also its universal proposition in halal life.. Especially the presence of ethyl alcohol in the soft and alcoholic beverages and foods were examined and the importance and places of alcohol in halal life is discussed. And some beneficial suggestions were given on the problematic subjects.
