Tasarrufa dayalı finans sistemi için İslâmi finans ilkelerine uygun model önerisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, İslâmi finans ilkeleri ışığında banka-dışı faizsiz bir finansman modeli olan Tasarrufa dayalı finans (TDF) sistemi için İslâmi finans ilkelerine uygun bir model tasarlamak ve önermektir. Bu çalışmada önce araştırmanın amacı ve önemi, araştırmanın sınırlılıkları belirtilmiş, literatür taraması yapılmış ve araştırmanın yöntemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Sonra TDF sistemi ve İslâmi finans sistemi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada TDF sisteminin İslâmi finans ilkelerine uymayan bir yönünün olmadığı görülmüştür. Yapılan araştırma ve çalışma sonucunda bu verilerden hareketle fıkhî görüşler etrafında TDF sistemi için İslâmi finans ilkelerine uygun bir finansal işleyiş modeli tasarlanmış ve öneride bulunulmuştur. Bu çalışmada, TDF sistemi hakkında bilgi edinmek, hali hazırda var olan bir durumu tespit etmek ve bulgulardan hareketle sistem için İslâmi finans ilkeleri çerçevesinde bir model önermek için içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Analiz boyutunu ön plana alan, iş modeli araştırmasına dayanan bu araştırmanın bilimsel çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

The aim of this study is to design and propose a model in accordance with the principles of Islamic finance for the Savings-based finance (SBF) system, which is a non-bank interest-free financing model in light of Islamic finance principles. In this study, firstly the aim and importance of the research, the limitations of the research were stated, literature review was done and the method of the research was emphasized. Then SBF system and Islamic finance system were examined. In the study, it is seen that there is no aspect of the SBF system that does not comply with Islamic finance principles. As a result of the research and study, a financial functioning model was designed and proposed for the SBF system in accordance with Islamic finance principles based on these data. In this study, content analysis method was used to obtain information about SBF system, to identify an existing situation and to propose a model for the system within the framework of Islamic finance principles. This research based on the business model research, which gives the analysis dimension to the forefront, is thought to contribute to the scientific studies.
