Güncel bilgilerle laktasyon dönemi ve etkileyen faktörler

Abstract

Yenidoğan bebekler için en uygun beslenme yöntemi laktasyon olup hem bebekler hem de anneler için birçok faydalar içermektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı laktasyon dönemi, önemi ve bu dönemi etkileyen faktörlerin incelenmesidir. Bu derlemede, laktasyon, anne ve bebek üzerine etkileri, laktasyonun etkilediği faktörlerden beslenme ve anne sütü üzerine etkisi olan besinsel faktörler üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışma laktasyona dair literatür taraması şeklinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. İncelenen literatür ışığında laktasyonun hangi faktörlerden etkilendiği ve özellikle de laktasyondaki kadının beslenmesinin bebeğin büyüme ve gelişmesi açısından ne derece önem taşıdığı bilinen bir gerçek olarak görülmektedir. Derlemenin sonuçlarının laktasyonda beslenme üzerine çalışan sağlık profesyonellerine yol gösterebileceği düşünülmektedir.

Lactation is the most suitable method of nutrition for newborn babies, it should also be considered that lactation has innumerable favors for not only babies but also mothers. The aim of this study is to examine the lactation period, its importance and the factors affecting this period. In this review, lactation, its effects on mother and baby, nutrition among the factors that lactation affects, and nutritional factors that have an effect on breast milk are emphasized. The study was carried out as a literature review on lactation. In the light of the literature reviewed, it is seen as a well-known fact that what factors affect lactation and especially how important the nutrition of the lactating woman is for the growth and development of the baby. It is thought that the results of the review can guide health professionals working on nutrition in lactation.
