دور الزكاة فى الحد من الفقر فى العالم الإسلامي

Abstract

Zakat is one of the important pillars of Islam that has always been associated with prayers and one of the most important tools Islam has designed to deal with social and economic problems. This research focuses on addressing poverty through zakat. This is because zakat has special aspects regarding poverty and its effects, for example: the low level of individuals' monthly income and people's main struggles in providing their basic needs like food, drink, clothing and housing Therefore, it is to affirm that Islam has developed adequate solutions and remedies for these problems by collecting zakat from the rich, spending and distributing it fairly to the poor, destitute, poverty-stricken and disabled. The importance of the research is to make it clear that the world has tried many positivist theories to deal with economic problems, particularly poverty issues, but the solutions set out by Islam, including zakat, are unfortunately not being conducted in most countries, especially in Islamic countries. The research concluded that stopping the sources of poverty is mostly required in countries that have witnessed conflicts and wars, and giving the state the means and ownership of production and earning to the poor considered a way to encourage investment and develop wealth and prosperity.

Özet Zekât, her zaman dua ile ilişkilendirilmiş olan İslam'ın önemli şartlarından ve İslam'ın sosyal ve ekonomik sorunlarla başa çıkmak için tasarladığı en önemli araçlardan biridir. Bu araştırma, yoksulluğu zekât yoluyla ele almaya odaklanmaktadır. Bunun nedeni, Zekâtın yoksulluk ve etkileri ile ilgili özel yönlerinin olmasıdır, örneğin: bireylerin aylık gelirlerinin düşük seviyesi ve insanların yiyecek, içecek, giydirme ve barınma temel ihtiyaçlarını sağlamadaki ana mücadeleleri.
