Helal gastronomi ve helal sertifikalı gıda (beslenme) kültürü

Abstract

Gastronomi, tarihsel ve kültürel süreçte yiyecek ve içecekleri insanların damak tatlarını esas alarak inceleyen bilim dalıdır. Hem gayrimüslim ülkelerde ve hem de Müslüman ülkelerde yaşayan dindar Müslümanlar haram olduğu kesin olan domuz eti, alkol ve şüpheli olduğuna inandıkları hiçbir şeyi yememişlerdir. Sürekli helal gıda tüketmeye özen gösteren Müslümanlar, yedikleri ve içtikleri her şeye tarih boyunca dikkat etmişlerdir. Günümüzde gastronomi denilince, sofrada genellikle alkol ve şarap bulunan sofra kültürleri akla gelmektedir. Ancak bunun Müslümanlara ait yeni bir tanım olduğu da göz ardı edilemez. Haram şeyleri içermeyen bu yemek yeme kültürünü tanımlayacak bir deyime ihtiyaç vardır. Bu da ancak "gastronomi" sözcüğünün önüne “Helal” sözcüğünü getirerek olabilir. O halde doğal olarak insan hakları beyannamesi bakımından da doğru olan yeme içme kültürüne bağlı gastronomi; “Gastronomi” ve “Helal Gastronomi” olarak iki ayrı şekilde tanımlanması yerinde olacaktır. Bu çalışmada, helal gıda ve helal gastronomi ile ilgili detaylı bilgi verilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Gastronomy is the science that examines food and beverages according to people's taste in the historical and cultural process. Religious Muslims living in both non-Muslim countries and Muslim countries did not eat pork and alcohol, which was definitely forbidden, and anything they believed to be suspicious. These Muslims, who always take care to consume halal food, have paid attention to everything they eat and drink throughout the history. Nowadays, when it comes to gastronomy, table culture usually comes to mind with alcohol and wine on the dining table. However, it cannot be ignored that it is a new definition of these religious Muslims. There is a need for a phrase to describe this eating culture that does not contain haram things. This can only happen by bringing the word "Halal" in front of the word "gastronomy". So naturally, depending on the food and beverage culture, which is correct in terms of human rights declaration, gastronomy; it would be appropriate to define it in two different ways as "Gastronomy" and "Halal Gastronomy". In this study, detailed information about halal food and halal gastronomy will be given.
