COVID-19 pandemisinin gebelerde oluşturduğu korku ve gebeliğe ilişkin anksiyete üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Araştırma, COVID-19 pandemisinin gebelerde oluşturduğu korku ve gebeliğe ilişkin anksiyete üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. 2021 yılı Haziran-Kasım ayları arasında Beykoz Devlet Hastanesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Polikliniği'ne başvuran 403 gebe katılımcı çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Örnekleme alınacak gebe sayısının belirlenmesi için herhangi bir örneklem seçimi yöntemi kullanılmamıştır. Araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılmayı kabul eden gebelerin tamamı örnekleme alınmıştır. Örnekleme 18 yaş üstü, gebe olan, veri toplama araçlarını cevaplayabilen bilişsel yeterliliği olan, okuma- yazma bilen, iletişim problemi olmayan (işitme, dil, anlama vb.), çalışmaya katılmaya gönüllü, psikiyatrik tanı almamış olan kişiler dâhil edilmiştir. Araştırma verileri; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Koronavirüs Korku Ölçeği ve Gebeliğe İlişkin Anksiyete Ölçeği kullanılarak planlanmıştır. Veriler yüz yüze görüşme yoluyla gebelerin bakım ve tedavilerini aksatmayacak şekilde uygulanmıştır. Değişkenler arasında farklılığı ortaya koyabilmek için dağılım normal olmadığından uymadığından iki farklı bağımsız değişken için Mann-Whitney U, ikiden fazla bağımsız gruplar için Kruskall-Wallis-H testleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışma neticesinde; COVID-19 pandemisinin gebelerin alt gruplarında anlamlı ruhsal etkilerinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmaya ilişkin öneriler çalışmanın sonunda verilmiştir.

The research was carried out to determine the effect of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Fear and Pregnancy-Related Anxiety in Pregnant Women. The sample of the study consists of 403 pregnant participants who applied to the Beykoz State Hospital Gynecology and Obstetrics Polyclinic between June-November 2021. No sampling method was used for the sampling equipment. All of the pregnant women who accepted to participate in the study voluntarily were included in the sample. Sampling: Those over the age of 18 who are able to answer pregnancy data collection tools, have proficiency, can read and write, cannot communicate (hearing, language, language, illiterate, etc.), volunteer to participate, psychologically etc. Research data; Personal Information Form, Corrosion Fear Scale and Pregnancy-Related Anxiety Scale were planned. The data are provided in a way that does not disrupt the care of pregnant women without face-to-face meeting. In order to reveal the difference between the variables, Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis H tests were used as the distribution was not normal. As a result of the study; it has been determined that the COVID-19 pandemic has significant psychological effects in the subgroups of pregnant women. Recommendations are included at the end of the study.
