Abstract

Bu çalışma, İslâmda ve Osmanlıda vakıf kavramı ile çeşitli biçimlerin ve amaçların Osmanlı temellerinin örnekleri ve bunların toplumun hizmet ve istikrarı üzerindeki etkilerini ele almıştır. Daha sonra cumhuriyet dönemindeki vakıfların bugüne kadar yaşanan sıkıntılı biçimini ele aldık. And then dealt with the troubled form of the foundations in the republican era from the beginning until now. And the model of the science spreading foundation and its association; witness to that era and evidenced the possibility of continuing the tender for the foundation in the clarity of the objectives.
