İbâzî Tefsir Geleneğinde Ahkâmü’l-Kur’ân Yorumu: Teysîrü’t-Tefsîr Örneği

Abstract

İbâzıyye mezhebi, Hâricî fırkaları arasında günümüze ulaşan tek fırkadır. Hâricîler kadar katı fikirlere sahip olmayan mezhep, Hâricî fırkaları arasında en mutedil zümre ilan edilmektedir. Çalışmamızın konusu olan tefsirin yazarı Muhammed b. Yûsuf Ettafeyyiş, İbâzî bir âlim olup, kendini hem İslâmi ilimler hem pozitif bilimlerde yetiştirmiş ve bu alanlarda çeşitli eserler telif etmiştir. Bu eserler arasında en son kaleme aldığı tefsir eseri, Teysîrü’t-Tefsîr’dir. Bu çalışmada, araştırmanın hacmini büyütmemek için Teysîrü’t-Tefsîr’de, bütün ahkâm konularından ziyade ibadetler ile ilgili olan âyetlerin yorumları incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, Muhammed b. Yûsuf Ettafeyyiş’in temizlik, namaz, oruç, zekât ve hac konuları ile ilgili âyetler hakkındaki açıklamalarına ve hükümlerine, mezheplerle olan ihtilafları ve ittifaklarına değinilmiştir.

The Ibazıyya sect is the only one of the Khāricī sides to have survived to the present day. The sect, which does not have as rigid ideas as the Khārijites, is considered to be the most moderate group among the Khārijite sides. The author of the tafsīr that is the subject of our study, Muhammad b. Yūsuf Ettafayyish, was an Ibāzī scholar who educated himself in both Islamic sciences and positive sciences and wrote various works in these fields. Among these works, his most recent tafsīr work is Teysirü al-Tafsīr. In this study, in order not to increase the volume of the research, the interpretations of the verses related to acts of worship rather than all matters of judgments are analyzed in Teysirü al-Tafsīr. In this study, Muhammad b. Yūsuf Ettafayyish explanations and rulings on the verses related to cleanliness, prayer, fasting, zakat and pilgrimage, as well as his disagreements and alliances with the sects are mentioned.
