dc.description.abstractNaast het bieden van wetenschappelijk onderwijs hebben universiteiten tevens de taak vanuit diverse disciplines onderzoek te doen en hun bevindingen te delen zowel met het publiek als met alle betrokkenen. Zoals men in Turkije het zo fraai verwoordt, ‘kennis vermenigvuldigt door het met elkaar te delen ’. Kennis die beperkt wordt tot een nauwe bandbreedte zal nimmer kunnen voldoen aan de maatschappelijke, politieke en culturele verwachtingen.en_US
