Tasavvufa Giriş: El-Mukaddime fi’t-Tasavvuf

Abstract

Tasavvufa giriş mahiyetinde kaleme alınan eser iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde İmam Sülemî’nin hayatına yer verilmektedir. İkinci bölüm Sülemî’nin eserinin tercümesidir. Sülemî eserinde kavramları ele alırken ilk önce âyet ve hadislerle daha sonra sahabelerin sözleri ile açıklamaktadır. Eserinde ilk dönem zâhid ve mutasavvıfların sözlerine de yer vermiştir. Tasavvufun esasının Kitap ve Sünnete uymak, bid’attan ve nefsin kötü arzularından uzaklaşmak, meşâyihe hürmet etmek ve halkın özürlerini kabul edip virde devam etmek olduğunu söylemiştir.

Written as an introduction to Sufism, the work consists of two parts. In the first chapter, Imam Sulemi's life is given. The second part is the translation of the work of Sülemî. While dealing with the concepts in his work, Sülemi first explains it with verses and hadiths and then with the words of the companions. In his work, he also included the words of the first period ascetics and sufism. He said that the basis of Sufism is to follow the Book and the Sunnah, to stay away from bid'ah and bad desires of the soul, to respect the sheikh, to accept the apologies of the people and to continue in the virt.
