Akıllı ulaşım ve akıllı kasis aydınlatma projesinin akıllı ulaşım kapsamında değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Dünyada nüfusun özellikle son yıllarda çok fazla artması ve artan nüfusun şehirlerde yoğunlaşması, şehirlerdeki altyapı geliştirme buna bağlı olarak daha sürdürülebilir, güvenilir ve ulaşılabilir şehirler oluşması ihtiyacını beraberinde getirmiştir. Bu ihtiyaçlar teknolojiyle birlikte gelişen akıllı şehirleri ve bunun alt kollarından biri olan akıllı ulaşım kavramlarını ortaya çıkarmıştır. Makalede; ülkemizde akıllı şehirciliğe verilen öneme bağlı olarak akıllı ulaşım kavramı kapsamında geliştirilen yerli ve milli projelerden Akıllı Kasis Aydınlatma Projesi detaylı bir şekilde anlatılmış; projenin şehrin ve vatandaşların ihtiyaçları göz önünde bulundurularak yapılan araştırmalar sonucu güvenli ulaşıma katkı sağlayacağı hipotezi açıklanmaktadır. Projenin ar-ge çalışmaları sonucunda üretilen prototipi üzerinde kullanıcı deneyimleme çalışması yürütülmüştür. Bu deneyimleme çalışmasında, çeşitli araştırmalar, kullanıcılarla görüşmeler yapılmıştır ve çalışmada elde edilen verilerin analiziyle, Akıllı Kasis Aydınlatma projesinin şehirlerde güvenli ulaşıma katkı sağlayacağı hipotezini desteklediği görülmüştür

The increase of the population in the world especially in recent years and the concentration of this increasing population in the cities, has brought about the need to create more sustainable, reliable and accessible cities for the development of the infrastructure in cities. As a result of these needs it brings out the term smart cities that are developing with technology and intelligent transportation concepts which are one of its sub-branches. In the article; Smart Speed Bump Lighting Project, one of the national projects of Turkey that developed within the scope of smart transportation concept, is explained in detail. After the research and development studies about the project and considering the needs of the city and the citizens there is a hypothesis of the project that it will contribute to safe transportation in cities. A user experience study was carried out on the prototype produced as a result of the R&D studies of the project. In this UX study, various researches, interviews were conducted with the users and it was observed that the analysis of the data obtained from the study supported the hypothesis that the Smart Speed Bump Lighting project would contribute to safe transportation in the cities.
