Ulusal varlık fonu'nun Türkiye'de İslami finansın gelişimi üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Ulusal Varlık Fonları, özellikle 2000'li yılların başında ve sonrasında gelen 2008 küresel ekonomik krizin etkileri sonucu devletlerin kendi ekonomileri için finansal piyasalarda var olma gerekliliğini gündeme getirmiş ve sayılarında belirgin artışlar olmuştur. Siyasi ve politik rollerini de göz önüne alarak gelişmekte olan ekonomiler için devletin finansal piyasalara kalkınma stratejileri içinde Varlık fonları ile katıldıkları görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Türkiye Varlık Fonu'nun kuruluşu ile ortaya çıkan iktisadi büyüklüğün, stratejik olarak atabileceği adımlar ile Türkiye'de İslami finans piyasalarının gelişimini sağlayabileceğini göstermektir. Katılım ekonomisinin desteklenerek büyütülmesi ile İslami finansın ülke ekonomisine, sosyal ve ekonomik katkılarını gösterebilmektir. Varlık fonu bünyesinde barındırdığı kaynakları etkin kullanarak hem ülkenin ekonomik olarak kalkınmasını sağlayabilir hem de Türkiye'de İslami finansın gelişimini sağlayabilir.

Especially at the beginning of the 2000s and the effects of the 2008 global economic crisis, the National Asset Funds have brought about the necessity for the states to exist on the financial market for their own economies and there have been significant increases in their numbers. Taking into consideration their political and political roles, it is seen that the state participates with the development strategies to the financial market with Asset funds for emerging economies. The purpose of this study is; to show that Turkey asset fund with the establishment of huge economic organization, can strategically take steps that can ensure the development of the Islamic financial market in Turkey. By supporting and expanding the economics of participation, Islamic finance can demonstrate its social and economic contributions to the country's economy. Turkey Assets Fund, using its resources effectively, can provide both the economic development of country and the development of Islamic finance in Turkey.
