Denetim modelleri: bir ölçek geliştirme çalışması

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin denetim modellerine ilişkin tutumlarını belirlemek için geçerli ve güvenilir Likert türü bir ölçme aracı geliştirmek ve elde edilen veriler ışığında ölçme aracını tanıtmaktır. Araştırmada İstanbul İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü’ne bağlı Anadolu ve Avrupa Yakasında devlet okullarında görev yapan 3 farklı çalışma grubundan veri toplanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin analizinde; verilerin normallik dağıldığı, Bartlett Küresellik Testi ve Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Testi değerlerinin faktör analizine uygun olduğu görülmüştür. Açımlayıcı faktör analizleri sonucunda 25 maddelik ve 5 faktörlü yapı elde edilmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizinde uyum indekslerinin kabul edilebilir düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir (?²/sd=1.838; CFI=.930; RMSEA=.058; RMR=.031; SRMR=.048). Yapılan analizlerde ölçeğin güvenirliği incelendiğinde Sanatsal Denetim güvenirlik katsayısı 0.86, Klinik Denetim Modeli güvenirlik katsayısı 0.80, Gelişimsel Denetim Modeli güvenirlik katsayısı 0.77, Farklılaştırılmış Denetim Modeli güvenirlik katsayısı 0.81, Bilimsel Denetim Modeli güvenirlik katsayısı 0.66 ve genel güvenirlik katsayısı 0.86 olarak hesaplanmıştır. %27’lik altüst bağımsız gruplar t testi sonucunda faktörlerin ayırt edici olduğu saptanmıştır. Test-tekrar test uygulama sonucunda, denetim modellerinin korelasyon katsayıları anlamlı bulunmuştur (p<.01). Bulgular sonucunda 5 alt boyuttan oluşan 5’li Likert tipinde hazırlanan “Denetim Modelleri Ölçeği” olarak adlandırılan ölçeğin, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The purpose of this research is to develop a valid and reliable Likert type scale to determine the attitudes of teachers towards the supervision models and to introduce the scale with the data obtained. In the research, the data was collected from 3 different study groups working in public schools in Anatolian and European sides of Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education. In the analysis of the data obtained from the research; It was found that the data was distributed in normality and Bartlett Sphericity Test and KaiserMeyer-Olkin Test values were suitable for factor analysis. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis, a structure of 25 items and 5 factors was obtained. In the confirmatory factor analysis the fit indexes were found to be acceptable (?²/sd=1.838; CFI=.930; RMSEA=.058; RMR=.031; SRMR=.048). The reliability coefficients of the scale were calculated as follows: The reliability coefficient of the Artistic Supervision Model was 0.86, the reliability coefficient of the Clinical Supervision Model was 0.80, the reliability coefficient of the Developmental Supervision Model was 0.77, the reliability coefficient of the Differentiated Supervision Model was 0.81, the reliability coefficient of the Scientific Supervision Model was 0.66 and the overall reliability coefficient was 0.86. As a result of the t-test of the lower - upper independent groups of 27%; the factors were found to be distinctive.As a result of test-retesting, the correlation coefficients of the supervision models were found to be significant (p<.01). As a result of the findings, it was determined that the scale which is called “Supervision Models Scale” consisting of 5 sub-dimensions and prepared in 5-item Likert type was a valid and reliable scale.
