Öğretmen adaylarında duygusal zeka sosyal kaygı ve öznel iyi oluş arasındaki yordayıcı ilişki

Abstract

Bu araştırma öğretmen adaylarının sahip oldukları duygusal zekâları, öznel iyi oluşları ve sosyal kaygıları arasındaki yordayıcı ilişkinin incelenmesi ve bu değişkenler aralarındaki ilişkilerin yapısal eşitlik modeli ile sınanması amacıyla yapısal eşitlik modeli analizi yapılmıştır. Yapısal eşitlik modeli analizi AMOS 19 programı ile yapılmıştır. Ayrıca toplanan verilerin yüzde ve frekans hesapları SPSS 18 paket programı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma ile ilgili veriler “Duygusal Zekâ Değerlendirme Ölçeği” (DZDÖ), “Öznel İyi Oluş Ölçeği” ve “Liebowitz Sosyal Anksiyete Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre; öğretmen adaylarının sosyal kaygıları ile öznel iyi oluşları arasında yordayıcı ilişkiler incelendiğinde, negatif yönde doğrusal ve anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu görülmektedir. Öğretmen adaylarının duygusal zekâ ile öznel iyi oluş düzeyleri arasındaki yordayıcı ilişkiler incelendiğinde, pozitif yönde doğrusal ve anlamlı bir ilişkinin var olduğu görülmektedir. Öğretmen adaylarının duygusal zekâ ve sosyal kaygı düzeyleri arasında bulunan yordayıcı ilişkileri incelediğimizde, negatif yönde doğrusal ve anlamlı bir ilişkinin ortaya çıktığını görmekteyiz.

In order to investigate the predictive relationship among the emotional intelligence, subjective well-being and social concerns of prospective teachers, structural equation model analysis was conducted in order to test the relationships between these variables with structural equation model. The analysis of structural equation model was done with AMOS 19 program. In addition, the percentage and frequency calculations of the collected data were performed by SPSS 18 package program. The study group consisted of 339 (84.5%) female students and 62 (15.5%) male students studying in different education faculties of different universities in Istanbul. The data related to the research were collected by the Emotional Intelligence Rating Scale, Subjective Well-being Scale andLiebowitz Social Anxiety Scale. According to the findings of the study; when the predictive relations between pre-service teachers' social concerns and their subjective well-being are examined, it is seen that there is a negative and linear relationship. When the predictive relationships between pre-service teachers' sensory intelligence and subjective well-being levels are examined, it is seen that there is a positive and linear relationship. When we examine the predictive relationships between pre-service teachers' sensory intelligence and social anxiety levels, a negative and linear relationship is observed.
