Abstract

I have tried as much as possible to analyze the Juristic Cases Which İbn Taymiyya Opposed to the Oponyms of Four Sunni Schools of Law about family. I have collected a number of jurisprudential issues in this field by referring to his writings and the writings of his disciples. The jurisprudence of the jurists of the four schools of Law has been edited in this regard. If the doctrine is more than one, the famous doctrine is adopted by the statements made by the investigators in Four Sunni Schools of Law. I compared the choices of Shaykh al-Islam with the sayings of the Scholars of the Four Sunni schools of Law. I presented the evidence of each of the Four Schools of Law and the evidence Shaikh of Islam, and I revealed the face of inference, and discussed the strength of their evidence. The research consists of an introduction, a preface, three chapters and a conclusion, and ends with some suggestions and recommendations.

İbni Teymiyye fıkıh alanında bazı önemli meselelerde dört mezhepten ayrı görüşler ileri sürmüştür. Mecmu-ul Fetava ve Fetava-i-Kubra gibi kitaplarını, El Furu ve Zadül Mead gibi öğrencilerinin kitaplarını inceledim Dört mezhepten ayrıldığı Aile ile ilgili fıkhi meseleleri tahlil edip not ettim. Sonra bu alandaki her mesele ile ilgili dört mezhebin ayrı ayrı mezhep ve meşhur görüşünü mutemed kitaplarından çıkarıp yazdım. Bir mezhepte birden fazla görüş olduğu durumlarda meşhur ve mutemed görüşe itimad ettim Sonra Şeyh ül İslamın görüşlerini, her dört mezhebin görüşleri ile karşılaştırdım, delillerini açıkladım ve bana daha güçlü görünen görüşü tercih ettim. Çalışma, mukaddime, temhid, üç fasıl ve sonuç bölümlerinden oluşup bir dizi tavsiye ile sonlanmaktadır.
