Nebevi Perspektiften Manevi Danışmanlık Uygulamaları ve Pozitif Psikoloji İlişkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, nebevi manevi danışmanlığın modern pozitif psikoloji perspektifiyle incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada hermenüetik araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, iki temel soru etrafında şekillenmektedir. (1)Manevi danışmanlık uygulamaları pozitif psikoloji perspektifinden değerlendirilebilir mi? (2) Hz. Peygamber'in, bireylerin kişisel güçlü yönlerini keşfetmelerine ve geliştirmelerine yönelik yaklaşımları pozitif psikoloji perspektifinden nasıl değerlendirilebilir? Çalışmada öncelikle pozitif psikoloji ve manevi danışmanlık tanıtılarak Hz. Peygamber'in danışmanlık yaklaşımı incelenmektedir. Hz. Peygamber'in danışmanlık ve rehberlik örnekleri sahih kaynaklardan seçilerek analiz edilmektedir. Tablolar yardımıyla pozitif psikoloji ve nebevi danışmanlık arasındaki ortak bulgular analiz edilmektedir. Pozitif psikoloji, bireyin güçlü yönlerini ve pozitif özelliklerini geliştirerek öznel iyi oluşu artırmayı hedeflerken, Hz. Peygamber'in rehberliği, bireylerin potansiyellerini keşfetmeleri ve güçlenmeleri için etkili bir model sunmaktadır. Yapılan incelemelerde, Hz. Peygamber'in empati temelli yaklaşımı, bireysel farklılıklara duyarlılığı, özgür iradeyi teşvik eden rehberliği ve grup sohbetleri gibi uygulamalarının, pozitif psikolojinin bireysel iyi oluşu artırma ve potansiyeli gerçekleştirme ilkeleriyle örtüştüğü görülmektedir.

This study aims to examine prophetic spiritual counseling from the perspective of modern positive psychology. The research employs a hermeneutic methodology and is structured around two central questions.1. Can spiritual counseling practices be evaluated from a positive psychology perspective? 2. How can the Prophet Muhammad's approaches to helping individuals discover and develop their personal strengths be assessed through the lens of positive psychology? Initially, the study introduces positive psychology and spiritual counseling, followed by an examination of the Prophet Muhammad's counseling approach. Examples of the Prophet's counseling and guidance are selected from authentic sources and analyzed. Common findings between positive psychology and prophetic counseling are analyzed with the help of tables. While positive psychology aims to enhance subjective well-being by developing an individual's strengths and positive traits, the Prophet Muhammad's guidance offers an effective model for individuals to discover their potentials and become empowered. The analyses reveal that the Prophet's empathy-based approach, sensitivity to individual differences, guidance that encourages free will, and practices such as group conversations align with the principles of positive psychology in enhancing individual well-being and realizing potential.
