Abstract

Osmanlı dönemi âlimlerinden ve aynı zamanda bir halvetî şeyhi olan Cemâleddin İshak el-Karamânî; tefsir, hadis, Arap dili ve tasavvuf başta olmak üzere birçok sahada eserleri olan çok yönlü bir âlimdir. Şerḥu'l-ḥadîs̱i'l-erbaʿîn başlığını taşıyan ve Türkiye Yazma Eser Kütüphanelerinde iki nüshasına ulaşılan eser kendisine has tasnifiyle dikkat çekmektedir. Şerḥu'l-ḥadîs̱i'l-erbaʿîn herhangi bir kırk hadis şerhi olmaktan çok, Osmanlı Devleti kültür ve medeniyetine de ışık tutan ahlâkî-tasavvufî bir mahiyete sahiptir. Müellifin, hadisleri şerh ederken sıklıkla istifade ettiği âyetler onun tefsirci yönünü ön plana çıkarmaktadır. Edebî tahliller ve şiirlerle zenginleştirilen güçlü bir anlatıma da sahip olan Şerḥu'l-ḥadîs̱i'l-erbaʿîn Cemâleddin İshak el-Karamânî'nin bütün ilmî hayatının bir muhassalası olması bakımından ayrıca önemlidir. Zira Karamânî, bu eserini vefatından üç sene önce tamamlamıştır.Jamal al-Din Isaq al-Qaramani is one of the scholars of the Ottoman era and a sheikh of the Khalwatiyyah. He had many works in the sciences of interpretation, hadith, the Arabic language, and Sufism, which made him an encyclopedic scholar with many knowledge and sciences. In the Turkish Manuscript Library there are two manuscript copies of his book titled (Explanation Hadith of the Forty) In addition to being an explanation of the forty hadiths, it is also considered an important book in ethics and Sufism that sheds light on the cultural and civilizational aspects of the Ottoman Empire in that era. In his book, the author was keen to cite many noble Qur'anic verses during his explanation of the forty hadiths, which made his skill in interpreting the Qur'an appear clear and overwhelming the rest of the topics of the book.... The book explaining the hadith of the forty is a clear and very important guide that shows the breadth of knowledge of Sheikh Jamal al-Din Isaq al-Qaramani, who included in this book many poetic verses and Elaborate literary analyzes and precise explanations that summarize the extent of the breadth of science and knowledge that this sheikh acquired during the course of his life, noting that Sheikh Jamal al-Din Isaq al-Qaramani had finished writing this book three years before his death.
