Abstract

A descriptive analytical approach was adopted: based on description and observation, and then diagnosis of the description to facilitate the analysis process and reach the desired results, when studying the benefits in financial transactions contracts and their applications. This study has come to many conclusions: The emergence of many contemporary applications of benefits in transaction contracts has positive effects on the lives of citizens, which will facilitate the lives of people in their livelihoods by providing different services.
