Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’in Cem’inde Neshedilen Âyetler Meselesi

Abstract

Kur’ân-ı Kerîm, Hz. Peygamber vefat ettiğinde yazıya geçirilmiş ancak bir Mushaf haline getirilmemiştir. Bunun bir nedeni vahiy geliş sürecinin devam etmesidir. Bir diğer nedeninin ise nesh olgusu olduğu söylenmektedir. Bu bağlamda Hz. Peygamber’in vefatından önce gerçekleşen son arza’da Kur’ân muhtevası nihaî şeklini almış hem lafız hem de hüküm bakımından neshedilen âyetler Kur’ân metni dışında kalmıştır. Hz. Ebû Bekir döneminde Kur’ân-ı Kerim cem’ edilip Mushaf haline getirilirken son arza’daki bu düzenleme esas alınmıştır. Bahsi geçen metni mensûh âyetlere dair bazı rivayetler hadis kitaplarında yer almaktadır. Recm âyeti, süt emzirme âyeti ile Ahzâb ve Beyyine sûrelerinin bazı bölümlerinin tilâveten neshedildiğinden bahsedilmektedir. Bunlardan en meşhuru recm ile ilgili rivayetler olup âlimler çoğunlukla recmle ilgili meseleyi metni mensûh, hükmü bâki bir konu olarak kabul etmektedir. Ancak tilâveten mensûh olduğu söylenen âyetlerle ilgili bazı rivayetlerde bunların hadis olabileceğine dair ifadelere rastlanmaktadır. Dolayısıyla tilâveten mensûh olduğundan bahsedilen âyetlere ilişkin rivayetler ve bunların senet, metin ve realite açısından değerlendirilmesi önem arz etmektedir.

The Holy Quran, was written down when the Prophet (pbuh) died but it was not made into a Mushaf. One reason for this is that the process of revelation was not completed. It is said that another reason of this is the phenomenon of abrogation. In this context, in the last arza before the death of the Prophet (pbuh), the content of the Quran took its final form and the abrogated verses (as an expression) remained outside the text of the Quran. This arrangement in the last arza was taken as basis when the Quran was compiled and turned into a Mushaf during the reign of Abu Bakr. In this regard, some narrations about abrogated verses are included in hadith books. It is mentioned that rajm verse, breastfeeding verse and some parts of Surah al-Ahzâb and al-Bayyina were abrogated. Therefore, narrations about abrogated verses (as an expression) and their evaluation are important.
