S?eyya?d Hamza'nın Yusuf ve Zeliha Mesnevîsinin Kur'ân-ı Kerim, Tevrat ve İncil anlatılarıyla mukayesesi

Abstract

13. asrın sonu ile 14. asrın başında yaşadığı tahmin edilen Şeyyâd Hamza'nın Yusuf u Zeliha mesnevîsi Anadolu sahasında yazılan ilk mesnevî örneğidir. Eski Anadolu Türkçesine ait dil özellikleri gösteren bu eser toplam 1529 beyitten oluşmaktadır. Çağlar boyunca gerek anlatılış biçimiyle gerekse içinde barındırdığı nasîhatlerle şair ve yazarların ilgisini çeken Yusuf anlatısı; çeşitli benzerlik ve farklılıklarla Kur'ân-ı Kerim, Tevrat ve İncil'de yer almaktadır. Tez çalışmasında Şeyyâd Hamza'nın Yusuf u Zeliha mesnevîsine Kur'ân-ı Kerim, Tevrat ve İncil'in etkisi incelenerek; olay örgüsü, hikâye unsurları, konu ve motifler çerçevesinde kıssanın mukayesesini yapmak hedeflenmiştir. İlâhî olarak aynı kaynaktan beslenen Yusuf kıssasının benzer temalar çerçevesinde şekillendiği; ayrı ayrı incelendiğinde ise her birinin farklı dokularda oluşumlar meydana getirdiği yadsınamaz bir gerçektir. Söz konusu mesnevîde, dînî öğretilerin ve kültürün etkisini görmek ve bunların yansımalarının hikâyeye kattığı zenginlikleri tespit etmek mu?mku?ndu?r. Eser her ne kadar bir aşk anlatısı olarak, edebî bir düzen içerisinde kaleme alınmış olsa da aynı zamanda bir peygamber kıssası olarak tevhid merkezli bir anlatımla meydana getirilmiştir. Bu sebeple içerisinde barındırdığı ibretler ve ahlakî öğütler yönüyle de ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca mesnevîde bahsi geçen dönemin sosyal yaşantısına ve toplum düzenine de yer verilerek kıssanın atmosferine ışık tutulmuştur.

Yusuf u Zeliha by Şeyyâd Hamza, who is estimated to have lived in the late 13th and early 14th centuries, is the first example of Yusuf u Zeliha Masnavi written in the Anatolian region. This work, which displays the linguistic features of Old Anatolian Turkish, consists of a total of 1529 couplets. The story of Yusuf attracted the attention of poets and writers both with its narration style and with the advice it contains. Yusuf narrative is one of the common stories taking part in the Qur'an, the Torah and the Bible. This commonality also brought along similarities and differences among the texts. This study was conducted as a comparative study in the context of differences among the stories, plots, stories elements, subjects and patterns by examining the effects of the Quran, the Torah and the Bible on Şeyyâd Hamza's Yusuf u Zeliha Masnavi. In the study, a comparative text analysis method was used. It is a fact that the story of Yusuf, coming from the same divine source, was shaped within the framework of similar themes, but each of them created formations in very different textures. It is possible to see the effects of religious teachings in the mentioned masnavi and to determine the richness that cultural reflections add to the story. This work, which was written as a love story, was composed in a monotheistic narrative because it is also a prophet's tale. In this study, it is also discussed in terms of the lessons and advice it contains. Besides; the atmosphere of the Masnavi was shed light with the pattern analysis, and a comprehensive explanation was included about the examination of the Egyptian state structure, social life and social order of that time.
