Dört dünya üzerinden varoluşçu vaka formülasyonu: bir olgu sunumu

Abstract

Psikoterapide formülasyon güncelliğini koruyan tartışmalar arasındadır. Ekollerdeki arasındaki tedavi ve yöntem farklılıkları, formülasyon oluşturma süreçlerine de önemli ölçüde yansımaktadır. Formülasyon, psikoterapi oturumlarının başında oluşturulan katı bir yönergeden süreç boyunca değişen, gelişen bir formata kadar geniş bir spektrumda anlam bulabilmektedir. Bu çalışma psikoterapilerde formülasyon aşamasını, varoluşçu psikoterapide vaka formülasyonu yapılırken ele alınan değerlendirme kriterlerini ve vaka üzerinden formülasyon oluşturma sürecini konu almaktadır. Çalışmada formülasyon oluşturma aşamasına psikoterapi ekollerinin nasıl ele alındığı sonrasında varoluşçu kuramların ve kuramcıların formülasyon aşmasında üzerinde durduğu konuları ve son bölümde vaka üzerinden varoluşçu vaka formülasyonu uygulaması konuları yer alacaktır. Sunulan vakada kişisel bilgiler ve konumlar değiştirilerek sunulmuştur. Vaka formülasyonu danışan ile paylaşılmış ve açık rızası alınarak metin oluşturulmuştur. Vaka içeriğinde sunulan bilgiler danışanın kimliğini ve kişisel sınırlarını korumak amacıyla kuramsal zemine zarar vermeyecek şekilde revize edilmiştir.Formulation in psychotherapy is one of the debates that remains up-to-date. The treatment and method differences between schools are also significantly reflected in the formulation process. Formulation can find meaning in a wide spectrum, from a strict guideline established at the beginning of psychotherapy sessions to an evolving format that changes throughout the process. This study covers the formulation phase in psychotherapies, the evaluation criteria used in case formulation in existential psychotherapy, the four world terms Emmy van Deurzen put forward, and the case formulation process. Emmy van Deurzen has formed her theory over the four worlds she has constructed as physical, social, subjective and spiritual. In the study, the stage of formulation, how psychotherapy schools deal with these stages, then the issues that existential theories and theorists focus on in the formulation stage, and the appli- cation of existential case formulation over case will be included in the last section. Personal information and locations have been changed in the presented case. The case formulation was shared with the client and the text was created with his explicit consent. The information presented in the case content has been revised in a way that suitable the theoretical ground in order to protect the identity and personal boundaries of the client.
