Asr-ı Saadet döneminde aile ve sosyal hizmet

Abstract

Hz. Peygamber (sav.)'in yaşadığı, İslam'ı tebliğ ederek ashabını yetiştirdiği dönem olarak ifade edilen Asr-ı Saadet dönemi, terim olarak "mutluluk dönemi", "insanların bahtiyar oldukları dönem" gibi anlamlara gelmektedir. Bu dönemde önemli değere sahip olan aile yapısı ise günümüzde; kişilerin kan bağı ile bir araya gelerek oluşturduğu toplumun en küçük yapı taşı olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Sosyal Hizmet; bireylerin, grupların ve toplumun hayat standartlarını geliştirmek ve iyileştirmek, birey ve toplum arasında uyum sağlaması amacıyla köprü kuracak çalışma, danışmanlık ve uygulamaları kapsayan disiplindir. Aile ise hiç şüphesiz sosyal hizmetin en önemli çalışma alanlarından biridir. Asr-ı Saadet döneminde de aile kurumuna yönelik çeşitli sosyal hizmet çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Bu dönemde Hz. Peygamberin (sav.) yapmış olduğu uygulamalar sosyal hizmet tanımlarının pratiğe dökülmüş hali olarak görülmektedir. Asr-ı Saadet döneminde aile yapısı ve sosyal hizmet uygulamalarına dikkat çekmeyi amaçlayan bu çalışmada; doküman analizi modeli kullanılmıştır. Belirlenen yöntem üzerinden İslam'ın kaynak ve kuruluşlarına, aile oluşumu ve korunmasına yönelik sosyal hizmet uygulamalarına yer verilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda günümüzde batı kaynaklı elde edinilen ailede sosyal hizmet uygulamalarının büyük çoğunluğunun Asr-ı Saadet döneminde de var olduğu bilgisine ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular; Asr-ı Saadet döneminde ailenin korunması ve bu bağlamda kurumsallaşmanın günümüzde de üzerinde daha etkin durulmasının gerekliliğini ortaya koymaktadır.

Hz. The Age of Bliss, which is expressed as the period in which the Prophet lived and brought up his companions by preaching Islam, means "the period of happiness", "the period when people were happy" as a term. The family structure, which received significant value in this period, is today; It is defined as the smallest building block of the society formed by people coming together by blood ties. Social service; It is a discipline that includes studies, consultancy and practices that will build bridges in order to develop and improve the living standards of individuals, groups and society, and to bring harmony between the individual and the society. The family is undoubtedly one of the most important working areas of social work. During the Age of Bliss, various social work activities were carried out for the family institution. During this period, St. The practices of the Prophet are seen as the implementation of the definitions of social work. In this study, which aims to draw attention to family structure and social work practices in the Age of Bliss; document analysis model was used. Through the determined method, the sources and institutions of Islam, social work practices for family formation and protection are included. As a result of the study, it was learned that the majority of social work practices in the family, which were obtained from western sources, were also present in the Age of Bliss. Obtained findings; It reveals the necessity of protecting the family in the Age of Bliss and in this context, institutionalization should be emphasized more effectively today.
