Helal Konseptli Otel İşletmeleri İçin Helal Tesis Kullanım Kılavuzu Önerisi

Abstract

Turizm, insanların olağan yaşayışları içerisinde yaptıklarının dışında kalan birçok farklı aktiviteleri içeren bir keyif endüstrisidir. Bu anlamda turizm bireyler için gezme, eğlenme ve dinlenme gibi faaliyetlerin gerçekleştiği bir zemin olarak düşünülebilir. Bununla beraber insanların sosyal hayatlarında uymayı benimsedikleri birtakım kurallar bulunmaktadır. Bu kurallar çerçevesinde helal konseptli otel işletmelerinde konaklamayı tercih eden misafirlerin ilgili tesislerde yapılması yasak olan şeyleri bilmeleri, bütün misafirlerin hassasiyetlerinin gözetilebilmesi açısından büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışma, literatürde “helale duyarlı” olarak adlandırılan bireylerin, turist oldukları süre içerisinde dini hassasiyetleriyle çatışmalarını önlemek ve helal turizm anlayışı özelinde helal tesis kullanımına ilişkin bazı eksiklere öneri getirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda helal konseptli otel işletmelerinde konaklayan bireylerin hem konseptin yapısı gereği ve hem de diğer misafirlerin hassasiyetlerini korumak adına, konaklama esnasında ilgili işletmelerde uymaları gereken kurallar, “helal konseptli otel işletmeleri için helal tesis kullanım kılavuzu önerisi” başlığı altında bir öneri şeklinde ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde ise “helal konseptli otel işletmelerinde uyulması gereken kurallar” başlığı altında belirtilen tüm kurallar, helal turizm anlayışı sebebiyle bir gereklilik olarak, sadece helal konseptli turizm tesisleri özelinde geçerli olmak üzere uyulması gereken kurallar olarak aktarılmak istenmiştir. Sonuç olarak bu çalışmada yer alan önerilere uyulması ile hem helal turizm anlayışı ve hem de helal konseptli konaklama işletmeleri için kalite ve sürdürülebilirlik açısından bir katma değer oluşması beklenebileceği değerlendirilmektedir.

Tourism is a pleasure industry that includes many different activities that are not what people do in their ordinary lives. In this sense, tourism can be considered as a ground where activities such as traveling, entertainment and reorder of this section for individuals. However, there are some rules, some compulsory and some voluntary, that people adopt in their social lives. Within the framework of these rules, it is of great importance for the guests who prefer to accommodation in halal concept hotel businesses to know what is prohibited in the relevant facilities to observe the sensitivities of all the guests. This study was carried out in the context of halal tourism, which emerged in order to ensure that individuals who are called "halal-sensitive" in the literature do not conflict with their religious sensitivities while they are tourists. In line with this purpose, the rules that individuals staying in halal concept hotel businesses should follow in the relevant businesses during their accommodation, both due to the structure of the concept and to protect the sensitivities of other guests, have been created as a suggestion under the title of "Halal facility user guide recommendations for the halal concept hotel businesses". In the second part of the study, all the rules specified under the title of "rules to be followed in halal concept hotel businesses" are intended to be conveyed as a requirement due to the understanding of halal tourism, as valid only for halal concept tourism facilities. As a result, it can be expected that following the recommendations in this study will create added value for both halal tourism understanding and halal concept accommodation businesses in terms of quality and sustainability.
