Para vakıflarının önemi, yönetimi ve geliştirme yolları –mukayeseli bir çalışma-

Abstract

Para vakfı, yararlılığı, beklentileri ve halkın hem ulusal hem de resmi düzeyde sunulan fırsatlar açısından İslami ekonominin en önemli konularından biridir. Bu makalede araştırmacı para vakıflaının geliştirme yolları vurguladı. Konuyla ilgilenen bir dizi bilimsel metodolojiyi, indüktif yöntem, dedektif yaklaşım, ve zihinsel çıkarım yöntemiyle takip etmiştir. Araştırmacı, Klasik ve çağdaş fakihlerin bu konudaki farklı görüşlerini gözden geçirdi. Sonuçları ve tavsiyeleri çizmek için çalışma ve teklif edilen politikları içinde bağlantı ile ilgili kutumsel zihinsel akıl yürütme yoluyla araştırma prblemi sonuçlarının ait tanı çalışmalarında gelmiş kullanılmıştır endüktif parça. Araştırmacı, bu araştırmasında hem tarihsel olarak bu konuda yapılan çalışmalar hem de arap ve Islam dünyasında bu konu ile ilgili modern çalışmalara dair bir değerlendirme yapmıştır. Çalışma bir dizi tavsiyeyle sonuçlandı.

This study aims to define the Cash Waqf, its importancee and its applications and prospects for investment. It higlights the possibility of activating the Cash Waqf and the means of its development, as well as the ways to ensure its stability and continuity. The study follows a set of scientific methodologies that deal with the subject. Through the inductive method, it extrapolates the reality of the research problem in order to collect the necessary data in order to identify the characteristics of the research problem and to diagnose the different aspects of it, by reviewing the views of the early and contemporary jurists on different opinions and doctrines. Through the deductive approach, conclusions, recommendations and proposed policies have been developed and derived. The study concludes with a set of conclusions and recommendations.
